Overall what can I say? Stay 7 days and everyday, we had problem with our door key. So it worked 1 time and then it wouldn’t work. We repeatly had to get new keys over 11 times.(Not great when you are swimming and the hallways and front desk area are cold and not when you have two small kids sleep and need to walk thru front and go to front desk for new keys. I thought about change rooms, but my luck it would still happen and with small kids and all their stuff that would have been an nightmare to change room and plus they never offered that to us. Just seemed like they just didn’t care and just gave new keys and offer breakfast once and cookies for kids. You made the trip stressful and hard for us to have an relaxing week there in the Menomonee Falls. Happy to be home now

The service and hospitality here felt like 5 star to me. I arrived late and the customer service team seemed like they were awake and happy for the opportunity to greet me. Once at the room the décor was fun and modern. Most importantly it was clean. I was impressed enough to do something I don’t normally do. I didn’t turn down the room cleaning service.

Phenom service anytime of the day. Very quiet, clean and maids don’t wake you up w slamming doors down the hall or knocking when your DND sign is hanging. Perfect location to Harley Factory or for taking flight lessons out of Timmerman. Very close to home feeling here and will certainly return when needed for This area. EXCELLENT check-in, easy Internet, convenient parking, and CLEAN. As a professional traveler and hotel resider– 5 thumbs up on every aspect. 5 night here and feel more like home w every passing day. Uncertain about laundry service– I didn’t need/want any.

Stayed in this hotel with the family while we had floors refinished. Got a suite, which was huge, very modern, and super clean. The good: Beautiful modern rooms; LCD tv’s in living room and bedroom; kitchen with full refrigerator & stove top; bar seats; couch & chair; very good restaurant onsite with normal prices(e.g. not hotel prices) that also offers room service. The bad: Shower head is a rain shower from ceiling, not adjustable; two tiny drawers in living room to put clothes(I had to put them on the top shelf in the closet); unorganized or uninformed staff; **NOMAINTENANCEONSTAFFINTHEEVENING***!!! I would recommend it for sure. Just some issues they have, nothing critical. I did notice on Trip Advisor, they stopped responding to people in 2011, so that to me says that they either don’t read reviews anymore or don’t care.

The Radisson was a lifesaver after having stayed at nearby hotel of far lesser quality. The hotel is spotless in all regards from rooms, hallways, rugs, and elevators. It carries forward right into the restaurant. The maids do a fine job. At days end the room has been cleaned but all of my personal items are untouched. I appreciate that being that I often have long stays in one facility. It becomes more of a home then a quick hotel stay. The showers are all the talk but i just did not find them to be a significant problem. The floor is large tile and if a water accumulates just wipe it down. The restaurant is one of the key reasons why I selected this hotel over nearby ones. The food is great. Given some of the nearby options, this is a keeper. Most of the staff is wonderful and prompt. Really going the distance to make that genuine personal connection. The food is priced right for the quality and portions. All cooked to order. The chef(s), from what I can tell, have been there for a long while and know there trade. The salads are fresh and good. I will try and get some photos posted. The breakfast buffet is fresh and looks equally good although I order from the menu most days for healthier options. I have not spotted the nefarious family trying to satisfying their daily caloric intake by 7AM. Which is encouraging. Largely professionals with the occasional vacationer moving through. The front desk has been pleasant and easy going. Making it clear they are willing to work with you to address any issues or concerns that come up.

The hotel itself is nice and trendy. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised and it had a nice, classy feel to it. There was one agent at the desk helping someone check-in. I was next in line and the only person in line. As soon as I got to the counter the agent looked at the person behind me that had just walked up. She immediately asked him what she can do to help him. ummmm… wait a second… I’m the one next in line! She completely ignored me and went to help him with reactivating a couple of hotel room keys because he had locked himself out of his room. Not to mention she never even asked him for ID. That incident didn’t bother me so much because I guess she could tell he was locked out and so he deserved to be helped first. whatever. As soon as I got her attention and gave her my name for the reservation the phone rang. Instead of putting the person on hold once again ignoring me and spending a whole 5 minutes helping whoever it was on the phone before me. She finally checked-me in. I got my keys and hiked up to my room. Slid the key into the door and the door did not open. Neither did the second card. She did not activate my cards. She forgot to activate my key cards because she was too distracted talking to whoever it was on the phone. I had to return downstairs and with an attitude she reactivated the cards for me insisting that she activated them when I told her she didn’t activate them for me. I could live with terrible service as long as the hotel is clean. It’s decently clean I’d say. Nothing spectacular. The bathroom is modern and chic and at first glance. HOWEVER there is no shower door. Just half a glass window and the only way to turn on the shower is getting wet because you can’t sneak in from the side to turn on the shower head to warm it up first without getting your entire arm wet. The shower head is mounted from the ceiling and it rains down on you. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was more water. But there is a bunch of teeny tiny nozzles that spray a thin stream of water out of each nozzle. It looks nice but its annoying as hell trying to shower because you can never get enough water on yourself, plus there is a big empty spot in the middle of the shower because the spray nozzles all spray outwards so you have to position yourself to get the most spray on the outer edges of the spray which means even LESS water. You’ll know what I mean once you tried it yourself. The other thing is that you get the entire washroom floor wet because there is only half a shower door and the rest is open so you get water sprayed out onto the floor and all over the toilet. Whoever came up with this idea is totally beyond me. As much as I like the look of the room, and I can tolerate incompetence hotel agents at the front desk, but the shower is ridiculous and because of the shower alone I will not return to this hotel. My customer is just down the street and before I checked-in he told me that the Radisson is talking about closing it’s doors because they are not getting enough customers. I was surprised seeing how new and modern it was compared to the surrounding hotels. But now I understand why and not surprised in the least bit. Nice and clean hotel on the surface but crappy crappy crappy.

A relative of mine stayed here during the Xmas holiday and he invited us over for a tour. Was definitely impressed at the über sheik styling and attention to detail throughout the facility and so was my relative as he is a road warrior traveling 200 days a year. His room rate was a mere $ 84(before tax).
