Rbg Bar & Grill

RBG was mediocre. Really nothing special. I had the Whiskey Burger with sweet potato fries. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good, but it wasn’t impressive. The service was… odd. Our waitress brought us our check before our food was even out to the table and made us pay right away. I’m not sure about this place.

Radisson hotel bar & grill. Decent beer selection with food hitting par for what it is.

Great business place to conduct business and then relax. Great food and better drinks. Wonderful environment to relax and continue semi business discussions wit several TV’s available to keep you up on your sports. Justin and Marilyn totally rock! They will definitely take care or your party!

Well decorated and trendy looking hotel restaurant with a good assortment of items and daily specials on the menu. Our entrees were ok– average– and served in a reasonable time. Lettuce and salad was stale.

I have been to this restaurant several times for burgers. The food and service have been very good every time and I like the feel and ambiance of this place.
Four stars and a note of warning because the burgers are consistently undercooked every time I have been there. I like mine served ‘med-​rare’ but I have to ask for medium at this restaurant. Others at my table who requested medium were disappointed. That being said, everything else was very good.

The food was good and have been here several times. The service was ok but the bartenders are terrible. They do not pay attention and can be rude. They can also be sloppy to look at sometimes as I cannot believe a manager would let them start work iten filthy clothes. The drinks are a little lite on the alcohol side.

I give this place a 4.5 mainly because with the hotel coming up this area kinda look better and more developed now.
The lounge area is pretty nice: I must say the food here is really good. The bar food is a notch above anything else in the area!
Service is so so. I have had average service and really good service but never any bad service.
It’s good place for after work drinks

Very nice surprise coming upon this bar and grill. The name and signage isn’t so evident that it’s a bar and grill. You have to get close enough to the sign to see the smaller print describing RBG. Now that I’ve been there I get that the letters stand for Radisson Bar & Grill, but the logo isn’t so clear. Looks more like a business office from the outside.
The place is spacious and has a variety of seating areas – with different seating types. From long picnic tables for groups, to booths to tables to a lounge area wit couches and soft leather chairs, to separate rooms for groups.
Food was excellent and fresh. Tomatoes and lettuce on my burger were very fresh. Sweet potato fries excellent too. Wait staff very friendly.
Glad this place is close to my work place – I’ll be back often with my workmates.
Highly recommend.

If you would like a really good breakfast buffet, go anywhere else. This one is average to below average. It’s not bad, but the service is horrible here. I was very disappointed in how inattentive the staff was. It would probably save them a lot of money to get rid of the wait staff and just have some type of mechanism on the door so that you pay to open the door and just serve yourself. It would not be any different. We waited for a good 10 minutes at the «please wait to be seated» with a group of about 5 other couples that got there before we did, before someone acknowledged our existence.
The seats were dirty and the fabric on them was torn.
The omelette station was good.

We enjoy trying new places and this is a good one! Had the walleye and tater tots crispy and delicious! Service was excellent and atmosphere was good not to noisy but enough to let you know you’re not the only one there. We will be back!

First, I have been eating here for over 40 days, for breakfast and diner. This will continue for another five months. So I know the pretty well.
The food is prepared by a season crew. The head chef is superb. If your lucky enough to have a meal prepared directly by her your in for a real treat. Think gourmet. She’s a busy gal so don’t go getting all I’m special on me…
The M-​F chef is a hulk of a man with a laugh that never fails to make me smile. It’s loud, it’s deep, it carries, and it’s contagious. Not sure if he wants it this way but it sure sounds jolly! His meals usually hit the mark, 8 times out of 10. The weekend staff chef is pretty good but he’s more the sue chef. So don’t expect the world but the meals are still pretty good.
The servers. We’ll they have been putting up with me without so much as a crack in the exterior. Meaning a job well done for those that need it spelled out. Very low turnover. The team, it is a team here, there amazing! All of them. But the queen bee is Davis. Be kind to them.
Not eating meat, the options are limited on the surface. But those that are visible are keepers. But… There are other options… Let the servers know and doors are likely to open to menu that is not so apparent.
The dishes with meat are looking pretty good though. See plenty of folks smiling while in the midst of there meals with friends.
So here’s the thing, I’m never in hurry. I live here… Really. So if your in a hurry it may benefit you to let them know your timeline. Meals are made to serve.

RBG Radisson Hotel, Menomonee Falls. We have eaten there more then a few times. We love the food, service&atmosphere.We have had baked walleye, wraps, burgers, shredded onion rings… EXCELLENT! The service we hv gotten A+.I’ve read all the reviews on RBG, 1 said bad service another said dirty& dark. That’s to bad, it’s not DIRTY. The servicers we have had, excellent! Both my husband&I highly recommend the place. I also feel the prices are reasonable,$$-$$$.Will be going back again& again!

Bar staff unfriendly and bar and restaurant management just as unfriendly. The old bar manager had outstanding service and very helpful, then things fell apart after she was let go due to poor upper management!

CONGRATULATIONS RBG! For the second year in a row you are my favorite restaurant. Add Cody C., as my «Best Male Server of 2013,» (Andrea at Buca’s
is my «Best Female Server») and this is as good as it gets!
Exceptional dining in the upscale Raddison Hotel only enhances the extensive
menu, reasonably priced and beautifully presented. Add to this RBG’s many coupon
offers and few can come close to matching such a fine dining experience for value.
From its 16 Barbeque Pork Ribs ($ 17.99) that shame the likes of Ashley’s Que,
Famous Dave’s and Heaven City, to the delicious Prime Rib (12 oz) Saturday Special
($ 13.95), whether if it’s with my wife or friend John, the certified Italian Chef, we’ve
never been disappointed.
And, with Cody doing the serving, we leave totally satisfied every time. As I like to say, «Never cheat your stomach» and mine is telling me… RBG, RBG, RBG!

I’m gonna’ give this place one star because I can’t give it zero. The service was excellent, but the food was horrific. I had the bbq pork rib sandwich. First it came cold, laying over a bed of soggy french fries. Sent it back and then got bbq pork with NO sauce left on it, dried completely out (after being microwaved, I am guessing) covered in COLD cole slaw… which I have NEVER seen in my life, nor do I ever WANT to see it again. It was disgusting. Had the distinct impression chef was trying to be «exotic»…but it only came out foolish.

Patio is small but nice! the wings were a nice size and tasted good, though the meat was a touch dry. the soup had nice large chunks of corned beef and vegetables but the broth was somewhat bland. my wifes vegetable panini was delicious and the sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. my burger was good though it was difficult to taste the whiskey bbq sauce. I oordered it medium rare and it was a solid medium which is actually pretty good for Milwaukee. the fries were delicious beautifully double fried, crspy on the outside and fluffy and potatoey in the inside. portions were nice and overall an enjoyable experience. definitely looking forward to going back and trying other menu items.

I would be hard pressed to come up with a reason to not rate this spot at 5-​stars. With such a rating I would expect fast and friendly service, a comprehensive menu, food that looks good, tastes good, smells good and does not cripple our budget. The trappings must not offend, lighting must be comfortable and the sounds must not obscure a casual conversation with my dinner partners. RBG has it all.
Friday evening, we made our third visit to RBG and were immediately seated at our chosen table, I asked for a Porter ale, not to confuse, but to quench my thirst with my preferred beverage. Ann, our waitress returned with a chilled bottle of ‘Mud Puppy’ and a chilled glass. While this is not billed as a smokehouse, the ribs were awesome, the sauteed squash I chose as my side was excellent. Two dinners with two drinks brought our bill to $ 42. This is exactly what I would call a five-​star experience.
UPDATE
Last night (4÷4÷13) we returned for dinner at about 7:00, the dining room was down to a couple of tables left. We had a party of seven which should have been manageable. Our server worked at getting things right but was failed by the kitchen staff. Entrees were up at very poor timing, Five at our table were finished before the last two were served and details were incorrect; a burger ordered with cheddar as served with Swiss, steak ordered medium arrived well done, sandwich ordered w/​o onions arrived with. The manager comped three deserts to make amends and he and the server made multiple apologies to the point of being annoying.
Is one bad night out of four visits so bad? Yes!

Usually hotel restaurants are pretty bad, so I was pleasantly surprised at RBG. They handled our lunch party of 8 quickly and everyone’s order came out correctly. The interior is surprisingly chic and looks like a good place to have happy hour drinks if you work in the area.
The menu is fairly extensive — mostly sandwiches and burgers, and very reasonably priced. Most non-​entrée items are under $ 9 including their large salads. I work downtown so I’m used to paying WAAAY more for a crappy Caesar salad. My veggie burger was yummy and served with tater tots. The best part was that they were served in a mini fryer basket — so cute!
Apparently RBG is actually a European chain… who knew? Anyway, it’s a fine stop if you’re in the area.

I go there very frequently. The staff is always friendly and quick. If there are any issues (very infrequent), they are quickly resolved. The food is excellent. The prime rib on Saturday night’s is awesome. You always get a lot of food for the price considering it is in a hotel. They also offer free nachos at half time during Packer games and they are loaded with chili and cheese. Touchdown shots are also offered for every Packer’s touchdown. They also offer a breakfast buffet on Sunday mornings with fresh waffles and made to order omelets.
The décor is very modern and relaxing. It is a place were you can go casually or take someone on a date. You feel comfortable no matter how you are dressed. It is upscale but is able to maintain the balance of casual and fine dining which is very hard to do.
