Rosati’s Pizza

The lasagna I ordered was awful along with the customer service you will be getting if you choose this place. Don’t waste your time or money trying this crappy food. My food was cold and they couldn’t even get the order right. They charged me for meat sauce but there was no meat in my cold lasagna. It was 90% cheese with some noodles and marinara. Not lasagna to me! The garlic bread was also cold and burnt. When we called and asked to bring it back for a refund because its not what I ordered nor do I want to eat cheese for dinner they refused a refund! No one wants a store credit ! We will not be eating here again! No wonder they have so many negative reviews instead of trying to make their wrongs right and satisfy customers they screw over they refuse to refund money on the garbage they serve. Oh well another bad review for you because your too dumb to know what customer service is. Good luck staying in business does not look like you are doing to well!!!

Prices went way up, quality and customer service way down. Sampler that used to be $ 7 is now $ 14 or something like that, and the pizza we got was burned. Sorry to say I’m no longer Rossati’s fan and will order from Domino’s going forward.

Wish there was a way to give zero stars! Ordered delivery on a non packer Sunday night. I Was quoted the delivery time of an hour and 10 minutes, at an hour and a half I called to check on our order, was told the driver was on the way and should be there any minute, at the two hour mark I called back and was told they had no idea where our order or the driver was-​I was given the excuse that they were «just really busy because of football». I cancelled our order. Needless to say I won’t be calling this place again I don’t care if the food is good or not, this was totally unacceptable!

Rosati’s values its customers immensely… The rewards Rosati’s offers are top-notch…Nothing but good things to say about Rosati’s…I order delivery from Rosati’s twice a week… Spicy garlic wings rival wings from any place in town… Thin crust and deep dish pizzas!!! Can’t ask for anything more… LOVE, ROSATI’S!!!

I’ve been a returning customer at Rosati’s for 4 years. Service is always terrific. Food is awesome. My Favorites. Calzone (It’s Huge). Pizza. Sandwiches/​Wraps are excellent. Sausage is so good. I get that on all my pizza, calzone and pasta orders. If you like pasta and you like sausage try Penne Pomodoro.

I was looking for an authentic Chicago style Gyro sandwich and was surprised when a pizza place had a gyro sandwich on the menu. I figured I’ll give it a shot and wasn’t disappointed! They have a great gyro sandwich that tastes just like I remember them when I was growing up!

Best pizza available for delivery. Great crust great sauce great jardiniare. We order pizza from here twice a month. Try the monster, or the godfather. So delicious.
Their pasta menu is also spectacular. Veal parm is so delicate. And I always order a meatball. Yum.
Gyro wrap also super tasty.

Took 1hr 30mins to deliver my pizza. When it arrived the delivery guy said he had to pay for it. I asked him why I need to sign for it then and he said he will be reimbursed in the morning???
Complete joke and the pizza was average at best

Very sad. I used to live in Scottsdale, AZ and they have a few Of these around and are great. Not some reason this was is very poor. The pizza is so so and the a lot of their sandwiches are not even close to the other locations that I have been. Too bad, I thought I would be eating there more

We had take out for lunch and the bozo who took the order could not put a name or what the sandwhiches were on each order so we asked how will we know who gets what and we were told to open every one and hand them to the right person. I don’t want to man handle everyone’s food. Why is this so hard to do? I don’t want to touch everyone’s food nor do I want some one opening my food. Are people that stupid that they can’t label a sandwhich WTF. Well I had to go thru and touch everyone’s food and pass them out.
I had the beef on garlic bread with with hot peppers and cheese. All in all it was not bad and tasty for less tha $ 7.00. It was a decent size for me.
Would I go back? No because they have no idea of what customer service is and the take it or leave it stand is just off putting because I can spend my money at places that can handel a simple request for a big order.
By the way they didn’t F***k up the order like other people have posted.

Overpriced, long wait, bad service and not the greatest tasting pizza. Better go for pizza hut or papa johns

Wow. This may be the worst pizza I have had. We wanted a Godfather Chicago style pizza (Italian sausage, fresh garlic, grilled onions, hot giardiniera). Apparently they heard just Chicago style. So they sent this big thick dry dough with a thin layer of sauce. When we asked about cheese, the manager Nicole said she personally made it. I have a picture of the pizza and you can see a thin line that may have been some cheese. Sauce was watery with no big tomato chunks.
Nothing like the description «buttery crust filled with mounds of mozzarella. «
Regardless, what pizza place thinks someone would order a plain pizza with nothing and not even ask? When the delivery arrived we asked about cheese or red peppers and the driver curtly told us we didn’t ask. I called to complain about how bad the pizza was and why they would send this dry dough thing, and was told «that’s what you ordered.» Just a Chicago style plain pizza. No help at all. $ 18.60 plus tax and delivery for that abomination of a pie.
Left pizza sitting out for other hotel guests and still there. Even drunk people couldn’t eat it.

it is a shame there is no zero on this evaluation… I could not try the pizza because they gave me the wrong one, and it finished in the trash. After 40 minutes waiting for the pizza (thank god I ordered by phone and save another 30 minutes of wait). The lady on the counter did not notice that my pizza was ready for about 20 minute on the self. Once I arrived home I notice that was a wrong order. I call the manager to told him that they gave me the wrong pizza, and he only said «that is the pizza you ordered» and repeat the same several times… I told him, that it could not be right because I’m allergic to the ingredients… so frustrated I just hang up… and call PIZZA HUT.

My wife remember this pizza joint from when she lived in Chicago. So we decided to give it a try and boy were we satisfied. This place, by far, has the best delivery pizza that we can find, that delivers to us. Papa John’s, Dominos, nor Pizza Hut can hold a candle to the thin crust pizza that this place produces. After eating a thin crust, then giving Papa John’s another try to only find out that Papa John’s thin crust tastes like cardboard when compared to Rosati’s Pizza then did we become hooked on this place.
I have recommended this place to several of my friends and they all say the same, it’s as good as it gets. Also the Military discount they offer is top notch!
