I realize that the customer service a person receives when visiting a tanning salon may be insignificant to some, but most definitely not to myself. I would like to begin by letting you know that I was very happy with the service I received from the two receptionists when I walked through the door of Wolff Tanning Spa! The customer service actually began when I called from the parking lot of Planet Fitness after working out. The girl who took my call was polite and very helpful. I was a regular customer at another salon in the Falls-temporarily and occasionally, I am very unhappy with their service-cold and uninviting. I was also an annual customer at a spa in Germantown-rude and cold was sadly the service I received there. At Wolff, I was greeted with smiles! I immediately felt comfortable with the feel of the salon-It has a «boutiquey» feel with clothing and little items for sale. The windows bring in very nice light throughout the petite and comfortable waiting area. I just want to thank the staff for making a big difference in my experience. I am most probably twice the age of the two young girls working today, but I am very pleased with their work ethic and level of customer service! Thank you for making my day! See you soon
