After visiting the new CiCi’s, this place is GREAT! Way more pizza choices, a bunch of salad choices along with pasta. Food is actually replenished quickly too!

Now called Pizza Crafters For online orders: We have so far had the Mac n Cheese and Spicy Southwest pizzas and cheese breadsticks. All very tasty and I look forward to trying their other pizza flavors. Yum!

New name«pizza crafters» Same great food and great service! My son is allergic to milk and this is the only place he can eat pizza with the family as they make him a special cheese free pizza.

I used to be a big fan of Tazinos, but lately it’s been pretty crappy. Last time I was there with my husband they barely had any food out, and we had to sit around waiting for them. It should not take 1hr 30mins plus to eat at an all you can eat pizza buffet. Also, it was kind of dirty and lots of staff standing around chatting and not paying attention.

Food was ok. No one to come around to pick up the dirty dishes and I was politely told to clean up my own dishes after I was done. Will not be coming back.

We love Tazinos. It has something to satisfy everyone. Pizza for dad and the older kids, pasta for the toddler and soup/salad for mom, and desserts are yummy! The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. I also love it for the value. For about the same price as some bigger name fast food drive-thru places, you get something much healther and just as tasty. The place is clean, the service is friendly, the price is right, and the food is great!

Went in there on Saturday at 4:30. The people working were horsing around in the back and didn’t come out front for 20 minutes. We knocked on the kitchen door for help but they were busy horsing around. Some of the items were empty in the buffet and the staff didn’t seem to care. They preferred to talk in the back. The salad was wilted. All in all a bad experience

Went to this location the other week for the first time as I was out in the Falls area, and I was VERY impressed with the place. I’ve had other Tazino’s locations before(see my reviews for downtown Milwaukee and Oak Creek) but the food here is just as good, if not better, and the place is VERY clean. I would definitely choose this location as the best of the Tazino’s locations. As usual, great food, buffet is ALWAYS full of fresh pizzas, and the desserts were not dry!

Unilocal’s two star word: MEH. That is exactly what describes this place. Food is mediocre at best. The staff is friendly. There is a decent selection of food and pasta, But it’s not overly great. For three people it was $ 30… Not sure it was worth the $ 30, especially when other Pizza buffets(CiCI’s) Is $ 5−6/Each person and the food is equal if not better at CiCi’s the location here is the strong point.

Average pizza. Good location since there is nothing like this in this area. Pizza buffet option is always good. I have gone here couple of times with co workers.

I love how they try to position this place as being somehow«healthier» than your normal pizza buffet. it’s dcent food, but honestly it’s horrible for you and when you look around at the fellow diners stuffing their faces with«all they can eat», it makes you kind of feel sick. But if you want to crush a couple of plates of pizza and salad, get here and enjoy yourself.

Honestly, 2 star review is being generous. The only reason it’s that high is the food actually wasn’t bad, all things considered. I arrived on the early side of dinnertime(5:00) and was left standing at the hostess station for 4 – 5 minutes before an employee even showed up to take my money. As it turns out, the hostess got up from a table she was sharing with other guests and took my money. Strike 1. While I was eating, two employees got into a rather loud argument right in front of all of the customers. Strike 2. During the entire time I was there, NOBODY so much as came around and cleaned off dirty tables. let alone pick up the messes left by previous customers. Strike 3. End result, I suppose, is that it didn’t really matter because the place wasn’t very busy. Now bear in mind that I didn’t see anybody that gave any indication that they were managing the restaurant either. Not even during the employee altercation. Too bad, because the last time(and only other time I was there, nearly a year ago) it wasn’t like this. This time it was very apparent most of the staff couldn’t have cared less if they were there or not, or if I was there or not. On to the food. Salad station was full, fresh, and while not a ton of variety, you could still get a good salad. I didn’t have any of the pasta, partially because the station was very messy, and turned me off. The pizza was good for buffet style. Again, not a lot of variety, but better quality than other buffet pizzas I’ve had. Buffalo Chicken, BLT, Classic Combo, and plain cheese. I can deal with that. I did have a hard time dealing with the employee that was just standing behind the line glaring at the guests and whispering to another employee. It was like a fight was brewing, and I didn’t want any part of it. There are plenty of other places to go for a cheap($ 8) meal. I won’t be back!

Remember the old saying«You get what you pay for»? That pretty much sums up this place. Don’t like to knock smaller chain restaurants, but really can’t say much good about our experience at Tazinos.

We made an effort to stop in before the dinner crowd – tried coming here a few weeks ago and it was just too busy to get in the door. But I’m glad we came back! This is an excellent deal for the price of the buffet and the quality and variety of food available. Yes, it’s an all-you-can eat pizza buffet, but it’s really kind of nice; we enjoyed our time here and will be back.

My boyfriend and I have been eating here since they opened, and before that, we’d drive down to the one in Oak Creek. It needs to be noted that if you’re looking for Pizza Hut or Domino’s style pizza, this isn’t it. This is pizza made from fresh, healthy(when possible) ingredients. It’s delicious. Two words: seasoning station. Oh, that’s right, seasoning STATION. A lot of people overlook this. About 20 different seasonings to adjust the taste of your food. There are no containers of red pepper flakes or Parmesan cheese at the tables like most pizza places, so remember to hit up the seasoning station. I love the salad bar. They usually have three types of lettuce to pick from: Iceburg, romaine, and spinach. And they have plenty of toppings. All of which are fresh and crisp. And they often rotate what they offer as well. Beyond pizza and salad, they also have soups, several pastas, several pasta salads, potato salads, coleslaw, desserts, and bread. Very friendly staff. Sometimes too talkative(Yes, for the 46th time, I have been here before.) The only downsides: –Small cups for drinks. I rather go back to the buffet to try new foods, not refill my soda. Give me a cup that’s big enough to last the entire meal. This is one of my biggest buffet pet peeves. –The sneeze guards are installed so low that it’s difficult to reach food towards the back. Making for some messy experiences. And hey, if small cups and low-hung sneeze guards are the worst parts about a restaurant, you know it’s good.

Stopped tonite at 8:00(they close at 9) to get carry out. There were a few tables of people. One of the staff was vacuuming! I grabbed a couple of different slices of pizza, breadsticks, meat sauce and a small bit of salad. The pizza and breadsticks were cold and stale. taking into consideration it was at the tail end of a buffet I still think the pizza was tasteless! The buffalo chicken pizza had nothing buffalo about it. The only thing good about the food that I can say is the cold meat sauce had really good flavor. If they are going to shut down the hot plate and warmers at 8 then they should close at 8.

Suggest reading my review of Tazino’s in Oak Creek. This location is similar, but they’ve made some changes. The restaurant itself seems like it seats more people. The buffet appears to have enlarged the salad and pasta areas a bit. Outlets are conspicuously located under most tables, making for convenient laptop use. They had a little more pizza variety, and a chocolate peanut butter brownie that was pretty good. On the downside, we got there right at the lunch rush and they were smashed. They were doing a good job of trying to keep up, but the dynamics of a buffet joint mean that you can reach a point where there’s just a long line to get to the buffet, and they hit it. Further, they apparently had no game plan to deal with the situation where they ran out of tables, which left us standing and holding our cups for about five minutes while we tried to snag a table. Things calmed down after maybe a half an hour, and an hour after we got there, the rush was clearly over and everything was normal. Since the location just opened, and they were madly cleaning tables and doing their best to keep up with the lunch rush, I’m inclined to assume that they’ll figure out how to deal with the all tables full situation soon enough. This location is doing it just as well as Oak Creek, and it looks like this may be located a bit better, since the lunch crowd appeared to be largely local businesses.
