I tried this new place with my sister, must say its cute. The people are nice, and the sandwiches where good. The soup lacked a little flavor for my taste, but overall it was an okay experience.

It was a small and unique but quiet atmosphere, food was different but good, the wait was a little long, but food was cooked fresh. They had cards available for us to play which I liked as it kept the cell phones at bay and we could enjoy each other’s company instead. I will go back. Service was very friendly also.

This Used to be the spot to come to eat in Mentone. Not Anymore Ordered a beef dip and a soda on the side. roughly 10 $ for lunch It took an hour. Yes an hour, for one sandwich Here is the kicker… she forgot my soda, and then said I never ordered one… Used to be the best Go Elsewhere

I love this place. Great sandwiches, great coffee, adorably eclectic atmosphere, free wifi; what more could you want? The staff are very friendly, and always seem excited to see you, whether you’re new or a regular. They also make all their own bread, and adorably stamp each loaf/sandwich roll with their own name.(I’ve always wanted a French roll that said ‘HESKAS’ on the side, I just didn’t know it.) I’ve not had anything on the menu other than the sandwiches, so I can’t speak to those, but I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute lunch/coffee spot.

My daughter and I discovered this little gem on my recent visit from North Carolina. I’m always on the lookout for something unique. This place delivers! Everything is homemade, including all the breads they use. Owner takes great pride in serving her customers delicious food. I had chicken dumpling soup in a sourdough bread bowl and my daughter had an oriental chicken salad. We rated both our meals a 10. Can’t wait to go back for a dinner of the pineapple glazed chicken. Try this one of a kind café, you won’t be disappointed.

Good place for COFFEE I tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte it was deliciously spicy and frothy. I also tried the Veggie breakfast sandwich which had egg, cheese, avo and tomatoes. My boyfriend had the ham breakfast sandwich they are good pannini style sandwiches. The mugs they serve them in are cute. The décor is cute and masculine at the same time. There are art pictures and wood décor pieces like instruments and a bongo. The owner Heska was very nice and spunky!

This place was !! I ordered a Mongolian medium spicy grilled chicken sandwich with chicken dumpling soup and a peach and pineapple smoothie. My lovely wife had the BLT sandwhich with an oriental salad. Everything was delicious, done fast, the little shack was very cute(my wife said that) everything was clean, excellent customer service, good location and very well priced. We will definetly come back.

Hole in the wall place. Looks a little older on the outside but food is Delish. Ordered a Pastrami, philly cheese, beef dip and chicken sandwich and all of it tasted great. Worth a try!

This place is one of the reason why I love Redlands. The food is good, prices are right, and the atmosphere is unique and fun. The owners are also very friendly and down to earth. They even play guitar when things slow down! It’s just something you’ll never get from Starbucks, I will say that if you want your meal ready in 2 minutes, it’s not gonna happen. They make everything fresh, which is why everything tastes so good.
