Subway

We went here yesterday evening. Used one bogo and purchased two more sandwiches. The young woman who prepared our sandwiches wanted to hurry through the process. Her speech was very quick to encourage us to choose promptly, which turned a could be pleasant experience into a somewhat stressful one. She never offered a choice of sauces, realized by us, after opening them to eat on our long drive. A great sandwich, but without the sauce is sad. Also found out in reading other reviews here, that we could have added avocado, which was positioned off to the side and also never offered. Because of poor service this location gets a D/​2stars. Glad there are other Subways in Redlands.

They don’t take care of there employee. The owner is unavailable and is unwilling to return calls after 3 months of trying. I’m al for supporting local businesses but this is a bad business. If you want to sub go to Jersey Mike’s across the street.

I am a regular, and the staff is SO friendly. The food is fresh and I like the 6.00 deal. I got a free cookie on my birthday, made me feel welcomed. Keep up the good work!

I asked to add fresh Avocado and they added an old half Avacado
She also did not add the whole half and trash 20 percent of it also

Never again in this subway

Poor customer service from inexperienced employees.
We found a hair baked into the bread.

Went there at 7:30 on a Sunday when their sign said open until 9 and they were closed. I guess I can barely kind if see how that could be plausible if you’re a small family owned store but you are a CHAIN RESTAURANT… You have multiple employees and shouldn’t close like that. Or at least change your dang hours!

Long lines move fast here. Friendly and diligent staff.

I am a vegetarian, and its hard to get vegatarian food while I am on the road for work. So subway is usually the best option. Its cheap, and consistent. I know what to expect and that is a meal, which will fill me up and tastes decent.
This subway is very clean. The sandwich artists changed their gloves when I said I was vegetarian, which I appreciate a lot. I have been frowned at, when I asked someone to change their gloves because they had just touched meat.
I didn’t have to ask here and they were happy to do so themselves.
Additionally, they have the option of adding avocado and cilantro to your sandwich!!!
In my opinion, all subways should start giving these options. I mean the flavor that cilantro adds to the sandwich is amazing. And seriously who doesn’t like avocados!!!
Really happy with this place would definitely recommend if you want to get a cheap quick lunch.
