I love the staff here very friendly! They price match other furniture stores in the town that sell the same furniture so that’s a plus. I would have given 5 stars but with everything I have bought. I never get a call that my furniture is ready for pick up. I’ve bought over 4 different times here probably spend over 3k but they never called each time. I call and its there and they tell me they called but never got a message or anything. Overall awesome furniture store.

Purchased a clearance bedroom suit at this location for what I thought was a good deal. I was told by the store manager that since it was a discontinued item it would not have to be delivered from their warehouse so delivery would be quicker than usual. I was called a few days after the purchase to schedule a delivery in which I was told the earliest possible delivery would be just over three weeks later. I tried explaining that my furniture did not have to come from the warehouse and that it was a clearance item on the floor at the actual store in mentor. For some reason, the furniture still had to be shipped from their warehouse which means, Ashley Furniture shipped my bedroom suit from their store, past where it was to be delivered, to a warehouse, within the three days before they called me to schedule my delivery. Since I need the furniture quicker than that I told them that I would pick it up myself. I was told that would be fine that I would just need to schedule a pickup time and get my furniture. The day I decided to do that was 3 or 4 days later for the following Saturday. When I called to schedule my pickup I was told that I would have to call the warehouse to schedule it. Upon finally talking to somebody at the warehouse I was told that I would receive a call to schedule a pickup date. When it all finally came to schedule the pick up date the furniture had once again gone from the warehouse, past where it was supposed to be delivered to, to the original location in Mentor. So today, 20 days after my purchase, I receive a call stating, «your furniture is ready to be picked up but while we were doing inventory we saw that your foot board was left at the warehouse.» so now I am still without my furniture, also unable to pick up my furniture, three weeks later. The soonest I would be able to get my complete set of furniture is in another week. I have never seen such an ignorant thing happen. I hope my furniture it’s still in decent condition with all of this unnecessary moving around. Its hard to find salesman that are straightforward and honest and you probably won’t start here. My experience is probably unique but I am absolutely disgusted with what has happened. Not a good deal after all.

My mom purchased an electric recliner. Couldn’t be happier with the chair and the speedy delivery. Great pricing. Super nice people. Comfortable chair!
