Chipotle Mexican Grill

No changing table. The chipotle sign is displayed on I90 for long distance travelers. Handicap access, boosters, and high chairs, but no place to change a baby?!? Shame on the managers and owners.
The ac was set to frigid and the stereo was cranked. My hot blooded husband even said something.
food was great and offered the same national value chipotle has to offer. The servers were kind and in agreement there should be a safe, sanitary place to change a toddler/​baby.

This location has been my favorite for quite some time now, thanks to the usually personable staff, generous portions and great tasting food! I know it sounds strange for a chain restaurant, but the food at this location always seems to taste especially great.
Today’s experience was one of the best, however! The guy working the rice/​burrito station was friendly and worked at a good pace. The (newer?) boy working the meat section actually paused to give me the freshest barbacoa — and a generous portion, too! The cashier was especially nice and generous. (Also, I have to point out that these chips are perfectly salted lol)
If you want Chipotle, this is the location to choose! It’s a little bit of a drive for me, but it’s always worth it.

Given the number of e. coli out brakes it’s not safe to eat there at all. Working for such a place is nothing more than a popularity contest of which any minority can count themselves SOL for advancement. For those of the GSM community like lesbian, gay, bisexual and especially trans* individuals know that you will not be employed for long.

I love chipotle. Every time I can come back up to Ohio or a place that has a chipotle is is my first stop. Best burrito place around.

This location is definitely better than the other Mentor location. I think they give way better portions! The chicken is better and so are the veggies. Chipotle is decently consisted wherever you go… but I think this is a pretty especially good location!

The food is good but the lines and proportions are not so good. I usually have to get guac and chips along with my chicken bowl to fill me up. Also the chips are usually stale which I dislike.

This place is always always dirty. And slow. Today I had to literally scrub a bunch of gross sludge off the table — took me at least a minute, with a table of employees literally sitting there watching me.

Love the food but the people here are too slow. Line takes forever because the people working here are always messing around. I’ll go to one further away any day vs going to this location.
EDIT: ⁸⁄₂₀₁₅ — I downgraded my vote after the last visit we had. We came at 4:45pm, and two pf the staff were sitting down and eating and there was a line wrapped around the store. The people behind the counter were more interested in filling the phone in orders then taking care of the people who were right there in front of them. Let me tell you something. The most important customer you have is the one who is right in front of you. When we went to pay, the girl who was working the cash register said that the line moves fine except for two hours out of the day and to «deal with it». Guess what, I will deal with it and head down to Reynolds Road where they know how to make a line move very fast and take care of everything else without making their customers who are in front of them suffer.

I don’t know what everyone else is talking about with the negative reviews… I have been going to this location religiously for over 4 years now and have only had a couple small negative encounters. The staff are always pretty nice and the food is always amazing. The only gripe I’ve ever had is that sometimes I’ve gotten smaller portions than usual. Overall I would honestly rather go to chipotle rather than any other option in lake county. As for the person that said they’d rather go to qdoba I feel sorry for your taste buds and wallet.

Good service and food except for when I got some uncooked rice once. The only thing I can complain about is the prices, kinda high.

Decent, but not as good as Qdoba…

Although I’m a big Chipotle fan normally, this location seems to be mediocre. Unfortunately, it’s the one that’s closest to me, too! The rice often seems water-​logged, the meat has been dry and I’ve given it a shot three separate times. Won’t be going to this location any longer.
