It turned out that Management was not aware of this process flaw until my post. By the way, Glenn offered reimbursement of my $ 10.00. I could not have asked for a better response. Thumbs up Glenn!

We host an annual Bowl-a-Thon event here, and have for many years. We always love coming here, and working with the great staff. It’s got a great location, convenient for people coming from all over the East Side, and they know how to treat our volunteers!

Lanes were ok but the parking lot looks like they never plow or salt and the stair where you step down to the ally part is bare wood and very slippery almost fell because of it
