2 spiders in my room upon arrival. Some days they have breakfast, some days you have to order from the menu. Overall kind staff except one lady. Don’t expect a receipt from them if you purchased the rooms through Expedia or any other online website due to hotel policies. Very inconvenient for the frequent business travel.

I had my kindle fire go missing from my room. The hotel staff didn’t seem to take it very seriously and the GM was condescending. Said she submitted it to corporate and the insurance company would be contacting me. I’m here for work and am not pleased this happened. Otherwise I would have given the hotel 4 stars.

What a perfect venue for a wedding. The staff is great and very helpful. After my sons wedding a young lady helped us to the car with glassware and other items without being asked. The only thing I would suggest is that they reduce the price of the breakfast bar. $ 10 is crazy… Go across the street to Bob Evans instead.

Checked in for one night while traveling through the area. The staff was courteous, the facilities were clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. Wifi was decent. For the price, though, breakfast should have been included, but you have to pay extra for it at their restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean, classy and fresh interior. Comfortable beds, pillows and friendly staff. Minus a star for $ 10 hot breakfast bar, which at many other places are included with the stay. Eggs tasted dry and processed, pancakes were heavy and tough. Also, if you’re right next to an elevator, it can be noisy early on. Otherwise, it’s quite pleasant.

This is not a hotel for commuters. I does not have a breakfast even though it is an expensive location. While the rooms are clean and well accessorized and the staff was friendly we had a difficult time trying to log into the WiFi and never did until the next morning. I am a priority member but did not receive any recognition of it even having given my card. There is coffee available but there were no lids and taking coffee back to the room was difficult. The management positively responded to my comments but I would probably stay closer to the tollway when passing again.

DONOTSTAYHERE! Worst hotel I have stayed at in a really long time. I travel about every two to three weeks staying at different level is hotels and different chains, this by far was the worst. My entire family got food poisoning from their restaurant Krave. We had the«soup of the day», which turned out to actually have been made three days prior. So, in actuality it was the soup of three days ago. When I called to report we got sick they promised to remove the item from the menu. I called that night to place a fake order for the soup, I wasn’t confident they had actually even cared we got ill. Well, not surprisingly the soup was STILL on the menu, and apparently it was the same batch. When I told the guy we for sick he didn’t even know. I went to the front desk to show my concern, again didn’t seem phased. We were so ill we lost two days of our three ½ day trip. Furthermore, they were having fire alarm issues and an item as small as burnt toast would set them off. It happened several times over our stay putting us outside in the freezing cold to wait until they we’re reset. No apologies, nothing — they simply DONOTCARE about their guests. The hotel it self is not in great condition and the walls are so thin we could hear our neighbor snoring, kids running down the halls, our neighbor upstairs walking around. All in all, HOLIDAYINN, MENTOR is pathetic. Stay else where!!!
