Unprofessional receptionist! RUDE! The names are Jessica and Morgan. I attempted to schedule on appointment, I was hung up on once by Morgan. Once I called back Jessica answered and spoke over me the entire time. I was placed on lengthy holds both times. This is the third office I have tried they are always completely booked weekends weekdays whenever. I expressed to Jessica that I have been trying to book for the last month she quickly got an attitude and cut me off! Unacceptable! I want money back from the gift card purchase!!! But of course no refunds for gift cards. For a company as large as Massage Envy this is horrible!!! Terrible first impression I will tell everyone I know about my experiences over the phone, I could just imagine how the massage experience would have been.

My husband and I have been long time patrons of Massage Envy stores. We used to go frequently when we lived in the Chicago area. Moving to the Mentor, Oh area we were pleased that there was one close to home. Everyone at this location is so inviting and friendly. We have memberships there and last year when my father passed they were very understanding and were able to help us with putting our accounts on hold and making sure that any time that we were able to spend there was worth while and that we didn’t lose any sessions. I have another massage scheduled for tonight with James and I’m so excited!

My first massage experience… ever happened today! I could not have been more excited for this massage! I am so relaxed right now– I knew I would be but I didn’t think it would be this amazing! I went in the 20 mins prior as told to me so that I could fill out forms and also get a tour. The receptionist was awesome– knew who I was and at temped my name right when I walked in(people get tripped up on my name a lot). She took me in a small meeting room where I completed a form to be able to give my masseuse a better understanding as to why I was there and what I would like to have done. I filled the form out and she showed me around real quick and got me some water. I hadn’t sat down more than a few minutes when I was greeted my Lauren, my masseuse. She was awesome! She took me to my room and we talked about what my areas of concern were. She left the room and I changed to my comfort level. There is an ottoman that you can keep your clothing in and a hook on the door for your coat. For your jewelry there is a little bowl on their stand that you can keep it in. I got on the table and Lauren worked her magic! It was great! Afterwards she talked to me about how I was feeling as well as giving me a sheet to tell me what we did and her suggestions for next time. While a massage is pricey and one reason that I haven’t gotten one before now I will be saving money and heading back to Lauren!
