Bought a Groupon for the wife to try this place and upon calling to book an appt, she was told that they were booked months out. Hard to believe when they advertise walk-​ins welcome. Don’t do a Groupon deal if you can’t handle the business. Who’s going to book a service months out when you can’t even speak to the quality of the service? The real kicker is that the receptionist was very rude and bitchy, rather than apologizing or accommodating. We refunded the purchase and will not give this place our business.

I have been a customer of About Face for over 10 years. Kelli, the owner, is a wonderful cut and stylist. She took over from the old owners a year or two ago and has done a great job with making the salon more modern and stylish, while keeping some of the existing good aspects intact.
My boyfriend has also gone to several of the other stylists for haircuts and had good experiences.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. Their prices are not out of line like some salons in that area. I would recommend them for sure!
