I would never ever ever go back there. Hair stylist don’t listen to you and they are rude. The manicure I got looked like my 5 year old nephew did it. I’d stay clear of this place.

Well I must say that the place is beautiful, nice relaxing setting. Service wasn’t bad but the reason for the two stars is: Following directions. Thought I would give them a try with groupon. Well I did with my husband. We scheduled a couples massage which they said they could accommodate but didn’t. We had a massage in separate rooms which of course was not the request and it was my husbands first massage so it would have been nice.
In addition, of course you fill out the medical form and preference form, right? Well What areas would you like off limits or not touched. I listed head d/​t it was middle of day and had a full day after. Didn’t want oil in my hair since there were no showering services offered.
Again massage was not terrible but as a first service to try, I would like my preferences honored since I spent the time to write it out, and I would have liked my husband’s first massage to be more comforting. They did offer us to schedule another massage together but I must say I will not, I would like my preferences and requests honored. I was going to try them again for a facial with my best friend but I called today and they wish not to honor their groupon deal a bit late. I hope this is honest. Take it for what it is worth. Following requests and being attentive to your client is important to me. I will stick with Crystals massage which was terrific and attentive to her clients. Hope this helps.
