I love coming here — the prices are very reasonable and I usually order all of the cakes (ice cream cakes) here for all special occasions that my family celebrates. Except I was very disappointed when I ordered my daughter’s cake back in May. I ordered half strawberry and half cookies and cream and it came out to be only cookies and cream. Which I didn’t have a problem w/​but when the guests tasted it, most did not like it, which is very surprising when Baskin Robbin cakes never fails to please anyone. However, it happened just once so I’d definitely go back and order more ice cream cakes from here.

They’re usually out of strawberry flavor during the weekends and Monday but come by weds and Thursday; it’s a guarantee they will have it in stock because that is their delivery date. The strawberry flavor here is tantamount to the strawberry flavor of Häagen Dazs.
Service is always fast and friendly. Minus 1 star for the terribly small and poor design of the floor layout. Customers enter from all 3 doors and get confused as where the line starts and ends (no signs). Other than that it’s great.

I love B & R but the Rocky Road here is very soft and it’s not the first time. Always a bunch of kids working and they don’t have good customer service. We stood there for a minute waiting for conversations between employees to finish before getting served. Never figured out why it is one employee per order. It was me and my 2 kids. Instead of one employee serving us and two leaning back talking. Why could each f them make a cone? Service better and faster. Make sense to me.
