Came here after a fun time at the movies. Ordered my favorite, cake batter with sprinkles… I can’t literally eat that all day. The employees are nice and welcoming. It’s my favorite ice cream creamery.

Place was very clean, employees were friendly, service was quick. I noticed this place has some bad reviews, guess I got lucky. Anyways, I would return. Ice cream was delish… obvi.

It’s an ok place. Still prefer the Marble Slab out of Fresno. However, the service was fast and friendly with a semi-​packed house.
Unfortunately, workers area is used as storage so not very clean and hard to move around with so many employees in a small area.
All think the prices could come down a bit or offer a10th ice cream for free card to loyal customers.
I like the cake choices. There are so many. Haven’t ordered yet but when I do I will update.

U have to ring bell for service, and if u have a coupon they get upset. She had to go ask if I could use a cold stone coupon. The manager came out stating the owner loses money but she will take it. Horrible service and the place was empty u would. Think they would be glad someone is buying something.

Great ice cream! The staff are friendly and willing to offer you samples of any flavor before you buy! The prices are a little expensive but the quality of the ice creams make up for it. Their cakes are delicious too, and if you customize it they make sure it’s the way you ordered it. The inside is a little small, especially when it gets busy, but overall it’s fun, friendly and delicious place to be!

This place has really falls to the bottom. We waited for 7 minutes with only one customer ahead of us who was already paying and with 3 workers there. We ordered it with waffle bowl and both were really hard, stale and unchewable! Also it is not very clean. Service was not up to par. Over all worst experience from Cold Stone!

The ice cream is great, of course. Just like any other Coldstone. The service is bad though. Literally EVERY time I’ve been to this location they’ve gotten something in my order wrong. I don’t understand why they can’t pay more attention to what they’re doing. Also, they take a very long time to mix your ice cream with the add-​ins so by the time you get your ice cream it’s halfway melted. If you like that then great! But that’s not really what I’m looking for when I want good ice cream.
Overall, ice cream here is decent but overpriced for the bad service you get.

That staff are really friendly and the ice cream is kind of expensive but good. I got the churro carmel ice cream and it wasn’t what I expected, the lady didn’t even chop up the churro and she didn’t even put Carmel. If there is «Carmel» in the name, you’ve got to put it in the ice cream.
Overall I like this place, I think it’s best ice
cream place in the town.

I didn’t even get to go in, but the thing that did this place in for me in terms of rating was the fact that they changed their summer hours to close at 11 pm instead of 10. The thing about this was that the employee’s were cleaning up at 10:40 pm and had locked the door. This isn’t like a sit down restaurant where they cook stuff so I just didn’t understand why they would close 20 minutes early and lock the door. After verifying they closed at 11 by looking at the new time sheet on the door an employee told us they closed at «10», but I was clearly looking at something that said «Our new Season’s Hours» and Friday said they close at 11pm. Not only was I lied to by an employee but management as they neglected to honor their stores hours. I can be 100% sure I will not be coming back here again, even when I know they will be open.

If you been to one cold stone you been to them all. nothing different from any other cold stone establishment. plenty of great flavors to fill your ice cream desires.
Now to my issue with this cold stone. I placed an order for a «CARS» the disney movie decorated ice cream cake with the toys. I paid for my cake in full that same day and when I picked up my cake a few days later there was a cheap knock off design that I didn’t ask for. I didn’t receive the toys on the cake like I had initially paid for. they did give me half of my money back which is cool on their behalf. and even though they messed up the cake design the cake was still very good.

Love Love Love IT! they always give me a huge portion of ice cream and toppings when I go here.
I like to get: strawberry and cheesecake ice cream mixed together with graham cracker, strawberry, and toasted almonds! yum yum!

$ 2.99 (tax included) for a «like it» (they should sue Facebook or vice-​versa) sized milkshake is a good deal. The kid went into the strawberry ice cream three times with those paddle pairs. Then he added some strawberries,… and blended. There didn’t seem to be any milk added at all! it’s strait-​up softened ice cream with a boost of berries.
I’m glad to see that former professional wrester Steve Austin has opened a prosperous business in his new life as proprietor of the Stone Cold Creamery.
