Del Taco

Del Taco does good things well and this location is good.
It’s strange, but I like Del Taco more for their burgers than their tacos. Sure, I eat their tacos, but the cheeseburgers are really good. The fries are excellent. I miss the Fire-​Roasted Veggie Bowl, though.
The person behind the counter was friendly. He even brought the order to the table when it was ready, which happens at some locations.
The food was good, hot enough, no problems.

Great place period the food is always good the employees are always great at all hours of the night you can not go wrong here

One star… yes it is 1 star… I can’t believe I gave my fav drive thru a one start.
I am a huge fan of southwest chicken veggie bowl
I am from south cal here for work, I been telling my colleague how much I love southwest chicken veggie bowl and convinced her for a lunch at del taco yesterday…
Here goes day 1
We drive thru very excited ask for a 2 southwest chicken veggie bowl… go back to office and realize it is not southwest chicken veggie bowl Instead it is polo asado with no chicken… my colleague made so much fun of me I felt sad and thought it’s a human error
Day 2
About 30 mins back I drive like 8 miles to get my southwest chicken veggie bowl. The guy asked me what I need… I told him what i want and told him what happened yesterday he said sorry about that… I wasn’t expecting a free meal but it would have definetly sooth my mood. I drive thru and collected my bowl and drove back to my hotel.
Surprise! Surprise! It’s the same shit as yesterday and it’s not even southwest. I had it for months almost everyday and it is whatever they mixed

Useless deltaco and dumb people who doesn’t understand what customers want.
They think we are dumb …
especially the mistake happened after a humble request from the earlier one.
But I won’t be dumb enough next time

I really like this Del Taco. The employees are friendly and the manager is working just as hard as the others. Good service. Good food.

I go here sometimes when in Merced. The people are friendly. the food is really good. I personally like the chicken soft tacos, One of the best! I like the breakfast burritos.

Consistent food. Hooked on the chicken soft tacos with the original sauce. Drive through is always busy. Outside is 100 inside is 68. bring a coat

I had the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, and they were better than any breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had.

Average Del Taco.
Great for kids.
Fast service.

In its category of fast food, Del Taco stands heads — but not shoulders — above the rest.
The food is fresh, tasty, and hearty. For those that like fries with their Mexican, you can get that here! Del Taco is a mescla of Mexican & American food staples.
I took off one star, because they keep all their napkins behind the counter. That’s just aggravating when one’ just made a mess.

I would give this place a solid 5 stars, but the Del Taco in Merced specifically can be a bit ehh at times.
Every time I go with my friends, I spend less than $ 5.
I ALWAYS have some type of coupon when I go.
For dinner yesterday, I had 2 coupons: 1 for a ½ pound burrito, and the other for a free shrimp taco with any purchase.
So I purchased 2 tacos + the above for $ 1.07. :]
The food is above decent. Taco Bell has its distinct taste right? You eat tacos from Taco Bell… and you know they’re from Taco Bell.
Del Taco however, tastes more ‘homely’ (as if they were made at home).
Often-​times I would bring a coupon, and I’d have a verbal battle with the manager (s), explaining to them that even though I printed multiple coupons, it says one coupon PER PERSON, so it doesn’t matter that they’re all the same.

Spice chickey burrito is the only reason I go. its the only thing on the menu other than soda that’s worth the light night trip.

Taco Tuesday! 3 hard shell tacos for .99
Might not be the tastiest food, but I know a deal when I see one. And that earns in my book 3 stars.
