Beauty is pain but, wow! My eyebrows always come out looking Amazing! I drive 30 mins to go here and it’s always worth it.

Do not go here, I made the mistake of going twice. I got two different ladies. I told them both clean up. They were both rude, on my last visit my eyebrows came out uneven.

I went to this location to get my eyebrows done on 6÷23÷15 at 8:00pm and the girl that was working was extremely rude and did not take anything I requested into consideration. I asked her to make sure she that my eyebrows were the same and not to pull the hair to fast.
Well she was in a rush and my eyebrows look horrible and once I left there above my eyebrows were so irritated and red and now I have broken out so bad above my eyebrows since it appears she went against the hair and to quick. Now my face and eyebrows look horrible.
I also would like to know if she was licensed and trained to do eyebrows? I feel as if you are trained properly you could see that you are leaving someone extremely red and uneven eyebrows.
I would not recommend this location and would like my money refunded.

HORRIBLE. I use to like comming here because they did I decent job. Except this last time I went. I had her thread my eyebrows just a clean up because I naturally have a nice arch and she thinned my eyebrows out made them uneven and even left me bald spots! HORRIBLE. (Yes this paragraph is horribly written but I am so mad)

I love this place, I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and it looks great.
I recommend going to the owner because she knows what she’s doing every time. I came here the other day, the owner was in a rush to go somewhere, and I told her I will just come in another day, but she still took me in. Great service, clean, and my eyebrows look great. Highly recommended!

I just got my whole face threaded here. I have gone to many different threading places but here both ladies that worked on my face did such a good job at not making it hurt so bad. Some places I have been have no mercy. She was really gentle with my face and gave me breaks throughout the process. She also gave me really helpful tips about what creams and etc I should use after having my whole face threaded. Also I am ridiculously picky about my eyebrows and I gave her a ton of directions before I let her touch them and she did a great job of listening. Most people don’t listen and do whatever they please with your eyebrows. I am really pleased about my experience here. I was really nervous to go after reading the other reviews from here but I’d go back any day.

So mad. I was growing out my eyebrows and finally went today and there was only one lady there and was rushing. She messed up my eyebrows big time! I have no shape to my eyebrows now it looks like a a straight line down!!! NEVER AGAIN. I miss Sonia that used to work here…

Good place for threading that unibrow… some ladies are better than others. but overall. everyone is friendly and very helpful.

i honestly give this place zero stars! First they do not wash their hand in between clients and they smell disgusting! I went yesterday to get my eyebrows done i already have thin eyebrows so i just wanted to clean them up the lady ended up taking to much hair off and now i look scared! she didnt say anything until i got up and looked in the mirror then she kept saying sorry. so basically if i wouldnt have said anything she would have no acknowledged the fact that she messed my eyebrows up! i will never go there again!

If I could give this business no stars I would. If you love your eyebrows and the shape of them do not come here because they will ruin everything your eyebrows have going for them. Go to the eyebrow threading place in Atwater across the way from McDonalds. It may be a 10 minute drive but it’s worth it.

Absolutely do not come here unless you’re desperate. It’s like an assemble line. The chairs are uncomfortable, it was hot there and for some reason it smelled like curry! Yuck!
I tried out this place because my friend recommend me to try threading and this location was the most convenient for me.
When I arrived there was only one lady working on a customer. When she was done, she screamed NEXT. Rude much? She had such a heavy hand! She even manage to cut my hair (I didn’t noticed it til I got home) when she slip. She didn’t listen to what I wanted. She argued back saying it’ll be too thin. The customer is always right, there’s a reason why my brows are bushy women!
Paid $ 12 ehhh, lesson learned, never again.
