Store staff advised me to wait for 25% coupon rewards until the end of the month. Reached out to rewards program after the end of the month to inquire about now expired coupon. Received an email stating there is nothing they can do and that I should have returned and repurchased the items during coupon period. Terrible customer service in the copy and print. I asked the guy for help using the copy machine and he was so rude. Laughed when I put the paper in wrong. They always seemed stressed out and approach you as if your interrupting them.

Bad customer service, female staff is typically pretty rude and in general, hardly anyone here smiles. In the copy and print center, employees seem stressed out and in a bad mood(every time that I’ve been in). The wait time to get helped is always so long and the staff never apologizes for the long wait. Or says thank you… Or, have a nice day. Just poor customer service, all the way around.

Horrible costumer service each time I go. Staff are unattentive and interested. Looks like they really hate their job and it showes through their faces and ugly attitude. I get pissed every time I go there. They don’t bother to acknowledge you at all from the time you walk in the door, even when your clearly staring at them waiting for help. They just stood there acting busy when there’s clearly no one there but me, I didn’t even get a «one moment please and I’ll be with you.» I was ignored! Wasted 30min standing there staring at the copy print staff to stop staring at the screen and playing with her damn supplies! When other costumers came they had a hard time figuring out how to use the self service but was ignored. You need anything done here you’ll have to literally flag someone down and be loud af or your gonna get ignored. Worst experience ever! It happens every time!

Amazing customer sevice… you ask Rory or anyone is his crew questions and they answer them clearly. They dont hesitate to spend 1 minute or hours, if need be, to make sure all your questions have been answered. Very helpful would recommend this place over Best Buy where they charge for everything even a smile LOL Usually when I buy something I want to take it home that day but i dont mind waiting if the customer service is in the elite category.

Even though I don’t come as often as I should its a nice store pretty decent in size. very helpful staff and pretty nice copy center inside the store and B&W copies are $ 0.10 but I know a better and cheaper place for that. I would suggest stopping in and giving a look around you never know what supplies you might catch at a low price.

This store has the Monopoly in Merced as far as office and school supplies goes. Sure Target and the ever dreaded Walmart have SOME things but for a one stop shop Staples is the store. Unfortunately the customer service is a joke. Apparently working here is like being royalty because the employees I have encountered think they are the kings and queens of the paper clips. I found myself repeatedly apologizing for having to ask for help buying a stupid copy machine card. Then when the machine spit out the newly purchased card I apologized to the staff again for obviously annoying the staff by needing help. I
