When your having a wonderful morning and you approach the register and Shelly who I believe is the manager has the rudest behavior when I tried to tell her good morning and ask about her day, she responds with I had a call in so its horrible okay it’s not what she said it’s the way she said it. Then when I went to pick up my drink the drive thru girl Erika had the worst attitude also like I was a rude customer or something I was silent besides the whole asking how your day was but the service here wasn’t friendly at all I jus grabbed my drink and wanted to get out of there.

No matter what time of day or who is working, my coffee is NEVER what it should be. Shots sit out past 10 seconds & taste extremely bitter, I know this because I too was once a Starbucks Barista. I call & complain and get told«sorry we will let staff know». So here I am, sitting with bitter coffee to start my day. I have given this location countless times to redeem themselves and now I will never return to this location again.

Honestly, my favorite Starbucks between Valencia and San Francisco… Even though the baristas don’t know my name, they always make me feel like they missed me. Especially this one girl who I always talk makeup with. I don’t remember her name but I think it’s awesome that when she sees me, she remembers my order. She says«you’re the one with the heavy cream and raw sugar» I always order the same grande or venti coffee, heavy cream and raw sugar… I don’t get any weird looks, they just make my coffee right. I can sit there for 20 minutes or 2 hours and it’s always a great atmosphere. The baristas are friendly and always seem happy… Super clean bathrooms! … Beautiful store… Perfect location right off the 99! There are usually some kids laying down outside the store, asking for money. I usually get them some coffee and they really appreciate that. I bet it Sucks to be homeless.

Every time I drive down the 99, this is my to go Starbucks! The halfway point to home and the customer service is great! It is very spacious and has tons of tables to study or do work!

Best Starbucks in town I drive out of my way to come here because they’re the only Starbucks in this town that can make my drink right and their costumer service is amazing!!!

Usually have a good experience at this starbucks location but this time it was rush hour and my birthday frappé was not good! It was watery n not even blended! I’d rather wait to have my beverage made right than half fast n quick!

This Starbucks used to be my fav especially when Edgar was there. I just went thru there and there is some old non friendly dude working the window and a Oompa Loompa made my tea so damn weak and filled with hecka ice. When I asked for less ice Oompa made some smart ass remark and the old dude laughed. Almost made my ghetto come out

The only Drive-Through in Merced that I’m aware of. They are extremely conveniently located off the freeway(Exit Childs Ave)… Even with that being the case, it is rare to find them completely packed. Beware – the parking is a bit scarce, so drive-through is the way to go(unless you want to drink or dine in). Biggest downside is the friendliness is hit or miss. Not too big of an issue since I have yet to have any blatantly rude behavior(as I have elsewhere)…and also not a big issue because while I’m more than happy to smile and be friendly regardless of how one is towards me, I don’t need someone to return the favor in order for my day to not be ruined. Service is quick, accurate, and efficient… good enough for me!

I don’t know what this Starbucks problem is for the late afternoon shift but do not go there between 3 – 5! I have been waiting in the drive thru for 26 mins and there’s still 4 cars in front me! I’m not kidding… I’ve been here in the morning with a line a lot longer to start off with and have never ever waited this long.

A good starbucks, with lot of savory food options. Since we were staying in a nearby hotel, we stopped here for breakfast this Sunday. It was crowded with I assume the people going to Yosemite. We enjoyed the tomato & cheese squares, egg and sausage sandwich, and the Ham and cheese sandwich. Not to mention the caramel macchiato and the Zebra mocha! The server was a very friendly lady. She filled our thermos with hot water after rinsing it! Other perks: — 1) They have a clean high chair. 2) Clean restrooms inside 3) Close to many of the hotels on Merced

Woman working the drive thru Sunday 3:40 was rude. She would not give customer in front of me an extra cup she told him they were running low of cups. Then after I received my drinks I asked if she could take my empty Starbucks cup from that morning .she told me no that she don’t take garbage and that there was a waste can in parking lot.

Good service. Free wifi. And for a town in the middle of literally no-where, it’s handy. The«baristas» are not too hurried as they can be sometimes. The place is small but comfortable. The bathroom is very plain and somewhat clean. The coffee is starbucks so, it taste like it’s from there. +1 star for the noise level(which is low) and ambiance. +1 star for the drive through, which is very handy, especially if you just want a drink for the rest of your drive. +1 star for the«baristas» for letting you take your time ordering without fidgeting. –1 for the bathroom(needs to be checked more often for cleanliness or supplies). –1 for the coffee itself because it somehow tasted like burnt coffee beans and then too sweet.

Amazingly less crowded on a Saturday. I like the very stable team here. Great job, Spacious, outdoor seating. Prime location for freeway, close to high school and 3 elementary schools. In bad side of town so you would think not a comfortable feel. Very comfortable. People of all walks, HS students swearing too much, cops, local farmers, people doing homework or checking stuff on free wi-fi. Negative: Crowded lot, bad traffic… not the ‘Bux fault. Bad city planning. They have a drivethru so you need not get out of your car, but the line is often hard to get into due to the lots configuration. Very long when you get in. BC it is so good, it makes it hard to get drivethru service. Better to go inside. Very comfy, rarely a line. Again, stable team. Usually very friendly with customers and you see they have good rapport with each other. Very fun to go to a place where workers make the place even more comfy bc of their attitudes.

Wow! I can’t believe this place doesn’t have a Unilocal.Well, here you go =) Been in Merced about 4 years, but live on the other side of town so I rarely go here. This place gets alot of traffic from people going to Yosemite or those who exit right off Highway 99. It’s your standard Starbucks w/drivethru, but don’t be fooled by the small looking store front, as inside it is nice and spacious. Off in front of the register is a table and lounge chair and off the the side by the window is an even bigger lounge space with 2 small tables. And finally off to the corner are 3 small tables, perfect for studying or couples. I personally love this place because the customer service is wonderful, even when it’s busy. Love love love studying here. And because it’s small makes it feel like it’s my own little coffee shop. Yaa sappy I know =)
