Tonight, I came to buy two pairs of UGGs 15 minutes before the store (& therefore the mall) closed. The security screen was halfway down and a brunette proceeded to tell me they were closed. She was not polite, to say the least. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase.

Best place to shop in merced for sure. They didn’t even carry the shoes I wanted but ordered it from the warehouse anyways came within the week, last pair of terry Kennedy supras. Price was about 15 cheaper than online minus the shipping. Nice place for shoes, ⁵⁄₅ would shop again

Oh… my…GOD! STAY AWAYYYY! Tried to return a christmas present that I hated and was told I would receive my refund in the form of a check mailed to my home in 7 – 10 business days and was given a «sorry about that». What kind of policy ia THAT?! Absolutely unacceptable. There are other places to shop that have a better selection, better customer service, and a better return policy. I will NEVER shop here aain!!!

I purchased a «high quality» brand of shoes at Takken’s in the Merced Mall. I wanted to pay for quality and I was told that these shoes where among the best (Clarks). I have had these shoes for 2 months. I called to inform the associate, that these shoes came apart in the heel of the interior, causing a sore on my heel and the sole tread is near bald… AFTER 2 months!!! $ 140 pair of shoes should last longer than 2 months. She informed me that they only offer a 30 day warranty in store and could not do anything for me. This was my first buying experience at Takken and will be my last. I could have bought 2 pairs of shoes elsewhere if I wanted poor customer service, poor warranty and poor quality product.
