I have hired Rob twice for some plumbing issues in my house. I am very satisfied with his services. He always returns calls in a timely manner, and he lets me know 10 minutes before he’s arriving.
He keeps the worksite clean, and he keeps me informed every step he’s doing so that I know what’s going on with the plumbing issues. He’s very courteous. I was a bit surprised when I received his thank-​you note by mail after his first visit. Nowadays I don’t see any other contractor who appreciate customers for the business by sending notes.
His price is reasonable, and he does work promptly. I would highly recommend him to whoever needs a plumber. Of course, I will call him again next time I have new plumbing issues.
