Storage Court – Mercer Island

The storage court is clean, safe and convenient for anyone on MI. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They made it easy to sign up and were also helpful when I had questions. They also waived a fee they could have charged me which I thought was above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend them.

The staff and facilities here are fantastic!
Staff: My wife and I moved x-​country from NYC to Seattle and our belongings came before we could move into our new apartment. The staff was super helpful in assisting us with choosing the right size unit and they let you use their truck for free one time during your first 30 days (we only needed a unit for 14 days and still got to use the truck for free). The movers came with a 70 foot tractor trailer and the storage staff helped out with directing where the movers could park the huge truck while they unloaded my things. They were very kind, friendly and accommodating.
Facilities: The unit we got was clean and dry with no signs of wear. There is no lighting in the storage unit itself but there was more than enough light from the hall light. We got a 2^nd floor unit but the buildings have large elevators and they have flat Dolly’s you can use for free. Movers moved our stuff into the unit in no time thanks to those things. We also used their large sized truck which was brand new and well maintained. Clean interior. No smells like U-​Haul trucks.
Overall we couldn’t be happier. We felt so at ease even in the midst of a stressful x-​country move. There really is no $ value that could be put on peace of mind during a time like this.
