What a wonderful experience! The Pasta 101 class is simple, hands-on and so much fun. Jolynn demonstrates every move clearly, then we get to try it out for ourselves. Once all the pasta is made, she collects a «donation» from each student’s pasta portion(only if you want) and we celebrated with wine and a great pasta dinner. Jolynn is a sweet, caring woman and makes sure to give each student special attention. If you’re looking for a great introductory cooking class, I highly recommend her! This would make a great bonding experience for mother-daughter days or small groups, too.

Wonderful class, all around. Great thing to do for a date, w friends or family. Kid-friendly too. The setting is beautiful, comfortable, and Jolynn, the teacher, is great. She is super knowledgeable and makes the whole thing fun! At first I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it on my own, but by the end I felt really confident that I got it. Also, all throughout the class she told stories about culture and history of Italy and how the food is different in different regions, it was really interesting and unexpected, I learned alot! Then the best part– we cooked and ate what we made, and holy deliciousness, it was like the clouds of heaven parted and sent steaming bowls of divinity in the form of light, fluffy, fresh pasta! The taste and texture is really out of this world, unlike anything you can buy, totally different even from homemade rolled on the machine, waaaaaay lighter. And you get to take home a box! I will def go back for stuffed pasta classes soon.
