I have visited multiple Dunkin Donuts locations. This one is the worst. Not only is the coffee watered down and tastes terrible it is not kept fresh. Some of the staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The management not so much. It’s just not worth the time(and in the busier months it takes quite a bit of it waiting in line) energy and money.

We love DD, but this one waters down the coffee. I don’t know if they use less grounds or too much water, but it’s awful!

DONTGOHERE. This DD charges more than other DD, and their coffee is not kept fresh. Avoid at all costs. There are better coffee places close by you can find on Unilocal

Food is good but the service here is consistently beyond slow. I understand there are a lot of summer tourists but for me to wait in line for 15 minutes at 1:30 in the afternoon for a coffee is ridiculous.

I always try to be understanding of the struggles associated with being a fast food employee in a hectic tourist area, but this Dunkin’ Donuts definetly struggled both times I visited. The first time we stopped in for coffee the shop was empty but it took forever to get two coffees. On top of that, they were out of some of their items which was frustrating especially since we arrived late morning. The second time we visited this shop it was worst than the first time. The place was packed, the staff was overwhelmed, and the cashier seemed high. Comprehending our order was a struggle and it didn’t help that he had short changed the previous customer who came back to claim his $ 20. The only redeeming factor was that the coffee tasted good and it met our overall need for the day which was a good dose of caffeine.

Always able to balance multiple orders from the beach crowds. I have a sesame allergy, and I felt bad mentioning it while the place was really busy – I asked for them to simply wipe off the table before making my food, and instead the guy wiped it off AND kept the bread off the table the entire time. Very kind to me and it didn’t phase them to do a little extra even during a busy time. Thank you!

This Dunks is by far, the best. The employees keep up with the fast pace of customers and always get the orders right. We ordered a flavored specialty coffee and the young man making it took such pride. It was mixed right and tasted great. Even the«regular» coffee has a fresh taste to it.

This place is great, they make the most out of the least. When I get up in the morning the last thing I want to do is wait in line for my coffee. Like most coffee shops of old, they know what I drink and I don’t have to ask for it. Its a nice feeling when they get ahead of the curve and have your delicious iced coffee waiting for you once you reach the counter. In a state where there are over a 1,000 dunkin donuts, not everyone can do it right, but thankfully this one in my neighborhood does… nice owner, clean place and the manager Diane is always there to address any concerns…

Drive through line took half an hour. One employee was visible filthy outside smoking a cigarette and the lone woman inside the shop seemed constantly confused no matter how many times we repeated the order, as if she was an unattended trainee or something. The order was eventually correct… but not worth the aggravation.
