Run away from this place if you need a Real Estate lawyer. Frank is arrogant and rude. I encountered Frank when I was working with a local bank to get a mortgage setup. The bank told me that I would be working with Frank, so they told me that Frank would review the purchase contract. I arrived at Frank’s office to review the contract, and I was yelled at and told that he didn’t have time for little project like mine and that he had a stack of much more important things to do on his desk. I returned to the local bank in Meredith and told them that I would not be doing business with them because of Frank’s behavior.
