I love this Starbucks in particular. They are always very quick and super friendly. They never get my order wrong and the product is always very tasty. I also like that the menu changes with the seasons. There is always something new to try.

The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Yesterday after ordering the barista informed me that my strawberry acai was out. Bummer. He offered to make me an alternative drink and for my trouble he gave me the next size up. THAT scores kudos with me. They make my flat white right consistently.

we ordered without any issues. The lady who gave us our coffee on Sunday was a little out of it in the AM. I don’t know if she didn’t have her Wheaties. It was quick fast, but I don’t understand how your a drive through and put my milk in but NOT my sugars. I had to spill in a plastic bag to open the top while we were in a rush to make it back to NYC. Mind you it was our fault we needed to be back, but what sense does that make? I had to ensure everything was staying in the cup. It was a tough thing going on for 830am, not the thing to be doing. The coffee was tasty and I realized I forgot to say cinnamon and vanilla dust please. ALL my fault. Great start to my amazing day…

This place is pretty good. However, I always try and hit up the drive thru mostly because it is just easier… and the line.some.times…takes…forever!!! I was there once and got all the way to the front before the kid told me that they ran out of what I ordered. UGH. Overall, not to bad but they could use more staff so the lines go faster.

Stopped in for an afternoon refreshment, and was greeted by a disgusting over flowing trash can — should’ve been my inclination that this place had way to much going on. Presentation and curb appeal says a lot and if you can’t find the time to literally take the trash out I’m sure other things are lacking as well. Anyways. Get in line, and man, is this place a slave to their drive thru. The guy asked if I could hold and of course I obliged. He took an order, thanked me for waiting, and asked if I could hold again. This happened about 4 times, I would have saved time by getting back in my car, going in the drive thru. When we finally got around to taking my order he was nice as could be. My product was what you expect from Starbucks. Nothing that blew my mind, but refreshing. TL:DR? More staff is needed to handle the drive thru, walk ins are treated with less urgency. May be too busy for their own good. Product is standard Starbucks.

This is my regular Starbucks for when I need a place to go with my laptop and get some work done. The staff is always friendly and will get to know you and your order if you spend enough time there.

This Starbucks has the worst service of any in the area. It is jammed packed with staff, but they all seem unhappy-no pleasant chit chat, no acknowledging a regular. The espresso machine is also running too hot by about 5 – 10 degrees. Poor management I suppose.

The staff is great, the coffee is always hot and delicious. I just hate how their drive-thru’s set up, you have to see it to believe it, trust me.

I’ll keep this short and sweet since I have a handful of other Starbucks reviews: Pros: — Drive through. More of these need to exist. — Friendly staff. — Food Case was still somewhat full at 8pm on Wednesday. — Clean. Very, very clean. What a nice surprise this was. Cons: — While the staff was friendly, they were heavily inundated with customers at the drive through line that went around the building and then some — this was at 8pm on a Tuesday night so I can’t even imagine what a 7am line looks like. I had two wait far too long to get a simple drink. Thankfully they were courteous and apologized for the wait which was more than expected. — Layout — this has always been my biggest gripe about Starbucks locations. I don’t know who they invest in for their interior designers or who they work with that designs the layout but time and time again, it’s wasted space or just a really poorly selected location. This is tables down a narrow row that left me feeling wildly claustrophobic. Other than that, the experience was great. Customer service was top notch. I’d definitely recommend stopping in and avoiding the line at the drive through.

Fast service, nice friendly staff. Gotta cappuccino, yum! My wife had egg on whole grain she said was good. I just had a granola bar that hit spot. They also have a drive through.

Best baristas around, my Starbucks family! Try a iced vanilla latte with one pump raspberry. Yummy in my tummy!

Went here recently. Fairly tight space. There was quite a line and while there were a lot of staff… there was a lot of standing around. The other problem I found was the employees were yelling at each other rather than helping customers. That’s the reason have them at 3… once you got your purchase it was pretty good.

Busy drive thru so decided to go in. Why haven’t I learned my lesson?? waited 15 min for a venti latte that tasted like hot milk .wasn’t going to wait another 10 – 15 min for them to remake so i left disappointed. I’m giving two stars only because there seemed to be a decent amount of people enjoying their rainy Sunday afternoon here. Prob won’t be back.

it is starbucks. predictable, mainstream, the over-roasted burnt flavor america loves. open late, so it was a nice stop after a few drinks in the plaza at sakimura. clean shop. staff was friendly.

Sometimes I go to this Starbucks when I’m driving home from a long night of call. The staff is always smiling and always friendly, like most of the Starbucks I frequent. Downfall is the parking, getting in and out of the parking lot around the back, people don’t pay attention, so crossing the street to get to your car can be dangerous to your health, not to mention your coffee!

One of the better Starbucks in CTIMO. I’ve never had to have a drink remade, my idea tea always tastes right. Any other drink I order also always comes out right. Once in awhile its a little slow for the drinks but I’ve never gone in and seen the baristas doing nothing while orders are waiting to be made. I love the drive thru even though you may want to avoid it if 3 – 4 cars are already in line. I agree with another reviewer that the floor of this place always seems kind of dirty, either the cleaning duties of sweeping at night is getting overlooked a lot or people keep dragging everything they can in. However the outdoor seating is spacious at this location. The front is a little dark and cramped but its nothing really to complain about.

I have Starbucks everyday and have done so for too long to count. This location was once upon a time semi decent and I am unsure what happened to it. There are times when I arrive in the morning where there are no cars and I still have to wait an absurd amount of time for a cup of coffee. This is only to have them mess up my order at MINIMUM3x a week(Mind you I come here at least 7−10x a week). If I decide to go in for faster service? No dice, they’re horribly slow. Coffee-wise, you can’t really mess up coffee or can you? Depending on what time you go here, expect to get old coffee. There is also one of the barristas that reminds me of the«Esqueleto» character from Nacho Libre. He seems to be the only semi clueful person in the location, the rest seem to be stuck on stupid or high off of java beans or something. I solely continue going here because my alternatives are worst. Dunkin Donuts tastes like I’m chewing on a pencil. I’m giving them two stars simply because they don’t deserve just one star nor do they deserve above two stars. Starbacks management if you read this, I hope you can have your staff start drinking some of your coffee to speed up their pace.

Yeah no. Never again. If you’re asked why you reviewed a place and gave it a negative review on Unilocal along with a comment to take your business elsewhere, I will certainly do so. …deuces. And Suzanne P.-you’re as transparent as saran wrap. If you aren’t the manager, you are certainly a shift supervisor or an assistant manager.
