We got incredibly great service from Angel who knows one heck of a lot about phones, apps and the competitive landscape. He has the patience of a saint and spent a lot of time with not just us — but every customer he attends to. Angel knows what customer service is all about — thank you so much!!!

I truly HATE T-Mobile, mostly because I have been with them for over 12 years, and have had a lot of technological issues(i.e. bad phones, horrible signal). Now that I have WIFI calling and can use WIFI at the house, T-Mobile hasn’t been quite as bad as the most recent years. I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy 5 about a month ago and was very happy with the in-store service I received. The young girl who helped me was very knowledgeable, engaged me in some small talk about life in general, and was a very good salesperson. She explained various phones,(didn’t need a better plan. already on it for 5+ yrs) and which phones were most popular. This is a convenience location and staff was friendly. I would go back if I had any technological issues.
