Wing It On! Express

I ordered the garlic parm wings and garlic parm fries. Delivery time was fast but the first thing I noticed was there was no blue cheese with my order, which I had asked for. The fries were cold and soggy and stuck together in a big clump in one side of the container. The wings, which I asked for to be fried hard, were also soggy and I couldn’t taste any garlic. I ended up having to put them in the oven to finish cooking them. I will NEVER order from here again or recommend them to anyone else.

High quality food and customer service. Fast delivery and food is always great. I usually order boneless wings, fries, and onion rings. Very good quality for fast delivery service. Great guys working there!

The flavors are good but the wings are dry and not meaty enough. The buffalo Mac and cheese was pretty good and you get plenty of it. The girl working there was really really nice!

The wings are okay, they gave a very cheap amount of fries and the wing prices are a little on the high side, You do get good service and it is very fast this is the only reason why I return.

Horrible! Wings were not crisp or saucey. Fries are described as hand cut, they are standard frozen fair. Onion ring are the same you can buy in a grocery store. I thought this place would be different because of its limited menu but it is the worest I have had in Meriden yet.

They get 5 stars for flavor and wing and 2 for service. I ordered by phone and was told 20 mins. Got there and they didnt drop my wings till i got there. So we waited another 20 mins in the store with our anxious daughter for the wings. Overall good flavor bad service

I think this is the first wing spot in Meriden and I had to check it out. Don’t let the appearance fool you walk in and check it out. The wings taste great. Many flavors to choose from. I had the ragin garlic great flavor!

Wings are finally in Meriden! This place opened up recently and I went in to check it out. Don’t let the sketchy location fool you as occupies a corner of the Sunshine convenience store, this place is a legit spot.
They have a variety of different wings so I tried out 3 flavors. The Wings of Prey are their hottest and in my opinion had a good flavor but were not that hot. They have a wing challenge using ghost chilis but am I man enough to handle that and the painful after effects? I guess time will tell. Shogun is billed as a Teriyaki with a tangy chili bite. While on the higher end of their menu for heat it seemed to be more sweet and less chili. The third flavor was Honey Heat. This is a maple flavor mixed with a mild buffalo sauce. These were not favorites of mine but only because I’m not a big lover of Maple. The wings were quite crispy and perfectly cooked. We also got fries and a cheeseburger which were quite good. This place also has some of the best prices around. They also have delivery service available.
The biggest drawbacks here are of course the overcrowded parking lot as it houses a Mexican restaurant and a laundry mat and is pretty small. I wish this place well and will certainly be back to try some different wing sauces. If I decide to take the hot wing challenge I’ll come back here and update this after I scream in pain when the wings go in and for sure when they come out.
Edit: The last few times I’ve gone this place has started to get wildly inconsistent. The wings have not been prepared the same and one time I was given the wrong wings. I got home and much to my dismay I was given boneless wings instead of regular wings. I may give them one more chance and if there is no improvement I’ll give up.
