IHOP

Dinner was Terrible. Our server was about 14 years old and had about that much common sense. When I asked for iced tea, they brought me a glass with some strange floating goo in it. When I asked what it was, the manager said, «oh, we just brewed it.» With what? Slug trails? I asked for a diet soda instead, much to their frustration. As is a tradition with bad service, our salads came out about 5 minutes before our food, with wrong dressings. The chicken was good, but the mashed «potatoes» were some weird, chunky slick hybrid. When I asked what the fibrous hunk in my potatoes was, I got a smile and «oh, they’re Parmesan potatoes». This was not reflected on the menu, and was GROSS with country gravy. Blech. Stick to breakfast at the IHOP. The other options are pretty rough.

We like to go here for family breakfast. The location is convenient for us and the staff is usually very friendly.

It was awesome time at IHOP! Jasmine was our server and super cool! Great service! Cody was phenomenal, awesome manager! Brittany wasn’t our server but she was very nice and helpful.

we went to breakfast after dropping the kids off for school. The food was fresh and great tasteing. Jesse was very friendly and a great host. Ask for Jose to make your food.

My family went there for my Father’s birthday. (He loves pancakes ;)
Our server was horrible. In fact, it was the second time we’d had her and both times were really bad. I think she’s a drug user and it shows. Anyhow, this second time my whole family had met there so there were 6 adults, 2 kids and 3 babies. I understand that we were a large table but it took an hour to get our food. When it did come she brought only my mothers omelet. 20 min later she brought some more food but by then all the kids had eaten my moms food because they were hungry and they’re kids! They don’t have that sort of patience, She charged us twice for drinks and she even charged me $ 3 for my 6 year old’s juice even though he got a kids meal. She charged my sister $ 6 for her son’s yogurt… It was insane. Bad service. Really bad.

I took my 6 year old here for a quick easy brunch. The place felt very dirty. There were servers vacuuming under the table that we got placed at… and he just kept vacuuming. It was rude. The waitress asked how we were doing, and I asked her how she was. He response was «Tired, and i don’t really want to be here.» Ummm! We placed our order and she didn’t write anything down. She brought out wrong food for both of us. Not wanting to make a scene, or have to be here any longer — we ate what we could and then left.
We would not come back to this Ihop.

Really fast and friendly service. The food was great. The only drawback might be the restrooms were a bit yucky.

Our favorite one in the Treasure Valley. The servers are friendlier than the one in Federal Way. Service is always quick and good. We love the special menu/​pancakes for every season. Cozy for anytime of the day, been there very early and very late.

There is no excuse for a nail in our food. Not a finger nail a hardware nail no incident report nothing except trying to offer us more food. A damn hardware nail I need to know who to call or contact for further info on how a hardware nail gets in a Philly sandwich. We walked out and most def will not be back.

I thought this place would just be another Denny’s/Shari’s type of joint, but my first experience ever at a IHOP was pretty darn good.
The food was excellent. I got the chorizo omelet with pancakes and coffee. Great taste and value. It was good enough that I ended up going back again the next weekend for the same thing. Once again, it was great. I plan on goin’ back yet again, sometime in the near future.

Always good service each and everytime I’ve came here. Other then that it’s your typical IHOP

Brought my mom in for breakfast todayand as we sit here waiting on our breakfast, I am sitting here watching the manager play with her hair and touch her face while she talks to someone from the kitchen! I am sorry, but you don’t touch your hair and face in the front of the house! I bet she didn’t even wash her hands before touching someone’s food?

My wife and I just moved here (Meridian) from the Sacramento area (Elk Grove) of California. We have tons of IHOPS out there. All are the same. It’s a hit or miss on service. Always a big guessing game on the quality of the food. It was so bad there that my wife and I were secret shoppers for a number of restaurants including IHOP. BUT ! this IHOP is awesome. (Fairview Ave location) We have been here at this location a few times and I have never been so impressed with everything they did. From the quality of the food, to the just about best servers… staff on the planet. They take care of you. If anything is not 100% they will go WAY out of their way to make it perfect. The district Manager «Noelle» is also very awesome. Hands down the this is the best IHOP over any other IHOP I have ever been to.

It’s a nice place to take the kids because of their yummy happy face pancake treat. But most of the other food is very forgettable and very «chain like». I prefer the locally owned and run breakfast shops like elmers and egg factory.

Our family has visited this restaurant a handful of times since it opened near our home. It’s always a hit with the kids as they have a good menu and lots of pictures. My husband and I always enjoy our food and I love the menu that continually changes. The restaurant is typically busy, but the service has always been good, the food done very timely and the prices reasonable.
