Slow at the counter, especially slow a customer service desk. They’ll have 1 customer service rep who is dealing with customers, texting on their cell phone and joking with another associate while assisting you. It is talented, but also annoying. Then when you’re irritated from waiting forever, you get this lame sales pitch to upgrade your membership because you’ll get sooooo much money back. Even if it was a deal, you’re tired of being in the store so long that you just want to leave, regardless of what they’re telling you.

We have tried 4 or 5 times to use their pick and pull service, and it was an experience I would not recommend. Either the order was not ready when promised, or there are items missing from the order. We talked with the lady who usually handles the pick and pull orders, and found the issues were not her fault. The problems were with their customer service desk where orders are picked up, or with the person or people who fill in for her on weekends when we usually picked up our orders. One time the person told me she couldn’t have my order ready because she was doing her job and the pick and pull job too. When I had to call in about an order, the folks who answered the customer service desk calls were sarcastic and their tone of voice was down right rude. I rated them 3 stars overall because we enjoy shopping there on a regular basis, but only if we don’t have to interact with their customer service desk. They have a good selection of merchandise, and we’ve had no issues with their regular checkout staff. They are not overly friendly, but I can deal with that if they are proficient.

Tire department is very helpful and so nice. Took 10 minutes to get my tires changed! I would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs tires!
