2002 Ford Ranger well over 100k wouldn’t go forward or reverse. Pat quoted me a price and informed me it would be 5 days. On day 5 he called and informed me the price would be less than originally quoted. I drove it approx 150 miles the day I picked it up and it ran better than when it was new. Even the column shifter moved perfect.

We were in town from North Carolina picking up a bus. There were serious issues with the transmission and taking it to Pat at Dial Transmissions was recommended to us. Pat went above and beyond in helping us out. I would trust him to be completely honest in your best options and to be fair and quite reasonable in his pricing. He wrote out the best directions for maneuvering a bus through New York to send us on our way. The only negative is that he’s not in North Carolina. ;)

We took our Ford Edge 2008 to Dial Transmission not knowing what was wrong or what it would cost. Pat was great! They were quick and honest about what cost were might be looking at. They had our car finished in 24hrs. I could not believe how efficient and easy it was working with them. Great job Dial! Thank you. The cost was acceptable as well.
