I love this place! The service and the food are incredible. Forget those big name places. If you are looking for authentic mexican flavor come here. You wont be disappointed. Now they even serve alcoholic beverages which the sangria and the micheladas are unbelievable. Good for family time or kickin it with friends!

Stopped here on a road trip and the food was excellent! The guac was fresh and the tortilla chips were really good. I had the enchiladas and they were seasoned really well and the carnitas were moist and delish. The horchata was a bit sweet but still good.

The steak was dry/​chewy and they did not offer any sauces with their tacos. Weird? Everything else was ok but I was expecting much more from the reviews of this place.

Overall not a bad place. The service was quick and friendly, the food was good but not the best I’ve had in the area. The chips and salsa are very good, homemade. I had the steak torta milenesa which was very good, the rice and beans, a bit bland. Price wise, this place is a bit pricey for a small walk in place. Meals range form 9.00 and up. I would probably go back for the torta though.

This was the worst Mexican food I have ever had in my entire life! the chips and salsa were disgusting they tasted like they came out of a can. the enchiladas were so dry I couldn’t get them down my throat! the fajitas were so disgusting we could not even eat them. I would rather eat Taco Bell 10 times that I never go to this restaurant again! again worst food ever! The only reason I gave it one star is because that was the lowest it could be! don’t waste your time or money on this restaurant!

Service and food are wonderful! First time I had a non alchoholic mojito and it was perfect, not too sweet! I love rice and normally eat it first, but the beans went first for once! Very flavorful beans and the rice is just the way I like it! Keep doing your thing!

Wow! Great first visit here. I came in for a to-​go order and wanted pork with a red sauce… Like Carne Chile Colorado. They only had pork with the green sauce on the menu. I asked if they could make me pork with the red sauce and they were happy to prepare what I wanted! They even asked how mild or hot I wanted it.
The flavor was outstanding. Just the right amount of heat. The dinner included rice and beans, also a little salad with guacamole. The included chips and salsa… Bonus!
Overall…great service, great food, and close to home.

Best chili relleno I have had in years! Super nice people. This place should be packed with customers. Husband had enchilada verde — FAB. HE LOVE IT. He loves nothing — ever. So there ya go! Check these guys out. It’s worth the drive.

El Chaparral was good. I was the only one there for dinner on Monday. I guess it’s one of the slow days. The thing that stood out most about their food was the nicely seasoned beans. Those were great. For entrees, the burrito and tostada were good. The beans helped, I’m sure. The chips and salsa were OK. I don’t particularly like their chips which were like double-​layered and oily. They did have this hot sauce, which was nice. Great additional flavor to all the food items. Look forward to going back to try some enchiladas and tacos.

Had a few different items on the menu. The prices are a bit higher for Mexican, but the quality in on par, I dare say better than Abuelos
Dollar tacos Monday and Tuesday, lunch specials Wednesday and Thursday for 6 bucks and… Menudo on Saturday? Anyways you need to try it

This place is pretty small, but the service is very friendly. They do not serve alcohol, but the chips and salsa kept me plenty occupied. There is something unique and delicious about the chips and the salsa is very fresh. You can get a fresh authentic lunch for about $ 6 and dinner for about $ 12 and it’s worth every penny!
5÷14÷14 — Update. This place has done it right two times in a row! I usually stick to chicken at most restaurants, but have now tried two different steak dinners, both skirt steak and both were fantastic! The flavor on the skirt steak rivals any flavor I’ve ever had at any steakhouse, no joke. Whatever they are doing will keep bringing me back!

I love this place. I mean, really, so good.
It’s your basic Mexican food done right.
Their chips and salsa… super good. My favorite actually from any other.
Their rice and beans… well, rice and beans are rice and beans. They’re not any better or worse than anywhere else.
Their portions are big and their prices are low. (We went for lunch.)
The service was great and I enjoyed my experience overall. Can’t wait to go back. ^_~

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is excellent and well priced. The service is hands down the best I have had in a while.
I am a vegetarian… So usually beans are out of the question. Both types of beans offered here are vegetarian and lard free. The salsa was incredible. The chips were warm and delicious.
I will definitely be back… And often.
