I just spent $ 110 on gift cards at Starbucks in Merrimack and have never had rude service like I just had. The girl that was helping me was very unfriendly even when I try to make some conversation with her she just completely ignored me then I decided I’ll be the bigger person and she’s probably having a bad day and I went to hand her some money for a tip and she jammed it into her tip jar not even uttering a thank you. The manager was there and witnessed the whole thing she wasn’t much better you would’ve thought she would’ve taken over or said thank you or something but no. And to top it off I was the only customer in the store at the time it’s not like they were even busy. Very unimpressed I usually go there a couple times a week through the drive-through but I’ll be rethinking that one.

Just stopped at the Starbucks on the way out of the outlets. After waiting for 10 minutes for the guy to come on the speaker he says there will be a 15 – 16 minute wait! Seriously are you grinding one bean at a time. Ridiculous. His excuse is they were busy. You know this is considered a fast food type establishment right? Never stopping there again!

Usual coffee and Starbucks menu! The only issue is that some of the morning staff sound annoyed to be working. Never says thank you or you are welcome. I ordered three cake pops one day and I was handed them in the container that they are shipped to them in, and the look was like figure out how to open it. The afternoon crew is amazing! Always happy and actually remember customers! One girl there always chats and asks how my kids are doing. She is amazing. So go in the afternoon rather than the am!

Good place to stop for my coffee fix! This Starbucks store with drive thru is conveniently located in a small outparcel strip plaza along the access road to the Merrimack Premium Outlets. There is ample seating inside and plenty of power outlets(several under the wooden seating) to plug in your devices. I stop in at this Starbucks store whenever I’m going shopping at the outlets. The service here is pretty good since this store seems not as busy as the other stores in Nashua. I usually sit inside the store to relax and enjoy my drink along with a pastry(berry croissant or pecan tart). I would stop at this Starbucks more often, which is conveniently located off the F. E. Everett Turnpike Exit 10, but there are tolls exiting northbound and entering southbound. I can see why the nearby Starbucks(Coliseum Ave/Nashua) at Exit 6(no tolls) is still very busy. That Starbucks is my least favorite store in the Nashua area.

Solid Starbucks. They tend to run out of food items earlier than other Starbucks . Drive thru not always friendly Seem to train a lot of new people. Make pretty consistently good drinks Inside has plenty of seating Very close to the outlets Easy on: off the highway too

Looks to be fairly new store and of course you get great Starbucks coffee! Being out by the mall I’m happily surprised that they’re open early. I’ve been here now a dozen times in the morning and always drink my coffee inside. So even though I’m here for 30 mins, no one else has ever come in to sit. Strange for a Starbucks. Oh well, service is good and I have the whole place to myself.
