I had to give it one star to post this review but in reality I can’t even give one star to this business. I brought in a print job on Tuesday for a funeral on Saturday. I was told it would be done on Thursday. I called Thursday afternoon and was told it would be done by the end of the day and they would call me. I never received a call. I called Friday morning as soon as they opened and they said their machine had been down and my job was the first to be printed. They said it would be ready in two hours and they would call. Since they hadn’t called the day before, I didn’t trust that they would call. I went to the store when the two hours was up and the machine was still down and my job was still not done. They promised it in another two hours. Of course, now there was no way that I believed them. By now it was 11:30 on Friday. This was the memorial for the funeral at 1:00 on Saturday. I asked if they could contact another Alpha Graphics and was told that they were independently owned and operated. I asked for them to call and maybe that would get my job pushed through. They didn’t even have a number and reluctantly looked it up and called. It wasn’t possible. Now it was after noon and I needed this job done by the end of the day. They did give me a lead for International Minute Press. I called them and they assured me they would be able to do it by the end of the day and they quoted me half the price of Alpha Graphics. The good news is IMS came through. They had 300 memorials done for me by 3:30 and they were beautiful.
I understand that equipment breaks down but the total lack of communication with me is unexceptable. I will never recommend or return to this business.

I have used other alphagraphic locations and been happy. Not this one. They couldn’t call or email to tell me they couldn’t print my order or even try to have it printed at another location. When I pull up to the store the clerk was outside talking and tried to tell me she was too busy to call me to tell me she couldn’t complete. Poor customer!!! Thankfully staple’s can print my order last minute!

I used this business to print some company brochures. The brochures were delivered on time and came out looking great.

This business is not reliable at all. I have visited multiple times in the past year. They don’t follow up with your requests. I requested a simple printing of a colored label and it costed over $ 5.00. I filled out a quote sheet for a specialty request and they NEVER responded to it. They had all of my contact information but apparently they didn’t really care about my business. 6 MONTHS later I return to make more copies and I mention how they never responded to my quote. They said it was because they realized they couldn’t do it. Well, great. I ask them to print out more colored labels for me. This time they say that it will take a day to get them to me. I asked them what the price would be and they didn’t know. They said they would email me that afternoon when they came up with the price. I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL. Good luck to anyone who choses to do business with these people.

My 3^rd year in using services from Ford and his team to get my business running. They have done everything from books, flashcards and flyers to comics. Great customer focus and attention to getting stuff done in a timely fashion!
