I tried to rent a Uhaul from them a few days ago because they were the only place that had a truck available at 6am — so we showed up and there was a truck there… but nobody working. There was a sign on the front door that said, ‘Closed for maintenance.’ We tried calling both the store and Uhaul multiple times for resolution, but the store never answered and Uhaul didn’t care. There were no other places that had that size truck available, so we’ve had to put our move off for another week. Put simply, I’d rather cut off and eat my own testicles before going back here.
