Although I have already explained THREE times that I will only pay for the service I actually receive… I tell the woman that it would be best if I end our relationship, and I will find a new provider. She actually says to me, «I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience, but what I am about to say will make you more mad… You will owe $ 49 just to cancel our services». How is that for customer service??? What a joke.
