Long story short i was promised on time delivery and didnt get it, and when i questioned how they could make it right i got refered to a manager who was trying to pass blame on his employees and was not backing their promises than instead of waiving the delivery fee, he said that they can assemble the furniture for me and that’s it. There was no call ahead to let me know it was going to be late, the inventory manager knew it was back ordered and didnt tell the salesman and therefore he was promising me something that wasnt even in stock. Stay away unless you’re picking up or like bad customer service.

My initial interaction with vdub furniture was about 2 years ago when i purchase a small sectional for my apartment. The staff was friendly and the sofa arrived as requested, when promised. Once we moved into a home the small sectional was… Well it was too small. So we went back to vdub. On 4÷30÷2016 we ordered our CUSTOM sectional and ottoman. We were told the sofa would be delivered in 3 – 4 weeks. Exactly 4 weeks later our sectional and ottoman finally arrive. However the ottoman wasnt what we ordered. The delivery drivers take it back and we are told it would be back to us in a week. Exactly a week goes by. I get a call in the morning stating the ottoman was ready for delivery i just had to call and set it up. My husband called that afternoon complaining asking for the delivery fee to be waived and was told by a manager that the ottoman would be dropped of that evening(on a friday) so we cancelled our plans and hung out at home. The delivery did not come on friday, and it did not come on saturday either. The place is closed on sundays so i called first thing, second thing and third thing on monday morning. No answer, no vm. I called later that afternoon and the woman had no idea/notation of the conversation with management on friday. So i set up delivery for today and my ottoman has finally(6 weeks later) been delivered. I love the sofa i received but the staff could have cared less if it arrived correct or even at all.

HORRIBLE! I ordered a dresser, night stand, and 2 frames/headboards. everything but my dresser came in. they told me several dates that the dresser would arrive and then I was told it was on back order … twice. I ordered my furniture in the February and it is now April and my dresser is still not here. one of the managers at phoenix location told me they rather refund me all of my money then to give me free delivery($ 75) or any discount so they wouldn’t loose money. who tells customers that. customer service should be a priority and no manager should tell their customer that. because of the deal I bought the furniture for I am waiting but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is horrible! The owners and empolyees are sort of shady in my opinion. I purchased a sectional from Vdub, and its a piece of TRASH. We even took it apart and looked under it, nothing but plywood, metal springs and a cloth for support. My back killed me when I had that sectional. We just had to throw it away! But I went through a hastle still going through it. I disputed the couch on my debit card because they refused to honor their return policy and warranty. So I had no choice to dispute the purchase. And when I won the dispute, they sued me. For twice what I paid. And the couch didn’t even last 16 months! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Not only is a bad quality but the service is awful too!

I purchased a sectional from the store on Thomas and 46th Ave, and got great service from Jose. He expedited my purchase as a gift for my birthday, and it was what i expected when i went to pick it up. Quality is what I would expect for what I paid. I would definitely recommend this place.

We purchased a sofa and two recliners which were to be made and delivered between 11-06-2012 and 11-13-2012. Yesterday on 11-20-2012 we finally get a call from them saying that they now have our furniture and can schedule a delivery. So we schedule for today 11-21-2012 between 5 and 8. They call to let us know they will be here in thirty minutes. Upon getting to our house they tell us that it is cash upon delivery for the remainder of the costs. This was never conveyed to us. When we speak to the manager(Vince, don’t know last name because when we requested it he refused to give it) he says it was explained to us upon ordering, which it was not. Nor was it anywhere on the receipt. My husband was the one on the phone with him and told him that we would re-schedule for friday then since they are closed on thursday(thanksgiving). My husband ends the conversation saying we would call or come in on friday and end the call on an okay note. The manager calls back to continue arguing trying to tell us how we did something wrong.
