Carpet tech did a wonderful job yet again! Before Carpet Tech, I had tried other carpet cleaning companies and groupons for a «good deal». I just assumed that all carpet companies were late, or unreliable. I thought my carpet was just too old to look good anymore.
I found Carpet Tech 4 years ago through a referral from a friend. What a difference!!! My carpets look good. They are always friendly, reliable, and professional. Their prices are less than the others I tired. Even the groupon that I had to pay extra to get the «special» soap to get the dirt out. Isn’t that just part of cleaning a carpet?! I happily refer Carpet Tech to all my friends.

We have been using Carpet Tech Services for several years now. We have very expensive, show-every-stain berber carpet and two little boys (who spill their drinks all over the house, not to mention, periodically have «accidents,» if you know what I mean). Scott has done an amazing job of maintaining our carpet. It’s going on four years old, but you would never know — it looks new. Also, Scott is very ethical (he rescheduled our job in bad weather because he was concerned about tracking mud through our house) and fair in his billing. Scott is also very careful about our tile, cabinets, and so forth. We highly recommend this business.

Six months has rolled around and Scott with Carpet Tech and Justin from Elite Floor once again have wowed me with their professional service. Our carpets will not be replaced until lease renewal. So they are in worse condition than they were in July, 2014 when Carpet Tech first cleaned them. Our employees are very impressed with the quality of the work. Thanks guys, for a great job.
