Cartridge World Mesa

I’ve been thinking of using Cartridge World for years, and finally took the leap yesterday. The price was right, less than half of what my HP Laserjet toner would cost at OfficeMax. And they offer a 100% guarantee, so what can go wrong? Well, the CW toner cartridge spewed toner all over the inside of my printer, and everything I printed came out streaked in toner. We took it back and got our money back and bought an OEM cartridge at Office Max (for $ 100 more), but printouts are still streaking. I took the printer apart and cleaned it twice (instead of working and making money), and it is still streaking. I must be missing the part that really needs to be cleaned. I had to print a presentation, so I actually had to pay to get it printed today. The people down at Cartridge World are nice, but I have now lost a day of productivity and still dont have my printer working right.
