Fast Signs

Fast Sign should be called Slow Signs. Here is my reason on August 17 of 2015 I took a design already made for some labels to be made to copy and print, all Fast Signs had to do was to copy the information and take it from their. The first bash of labels were bad so I have them to redo them again. I asked them to please make sure the ink was chemical and water proof I was told no problem. The second bash of labels were not readable the words were cut off and very faded so here we go again had to get the label redone again. I was sure they were hoping that I would just take the labels the way they were. Well today November 9^th 2015 still waiting to have my labels finished I called on Thursday 5^th 2015. Rene put me on hold came back on phone said Amy was working on them I called today Monday 9^th 2015 now maybe Wednesday. Almost 3 months I have been waiting for 600 small 1X1X 3 inch label, I will be taking my work else where.
I must not have been that important to them as a customer the way they put me at the end of burner. A very bad way to run a business

We went in a little over two weeks ago to get a quote from this store to replace some trim on the outdoor dimensional lettering that we have. We also wanted a quote on what it would be to install it. Our business is, at most ½ a mile from your location. We have heard nothing. No phone call to look at the lettering (it is currently sitting in the building). We might not be a big business but our time is important also. I even called back a week ago to see if anyone needed to get in to see them. All they did was take all of my information again and say they would give it to Mandy again.

This place know what they are doing… and they do a lot!
We have been working with this FastSigns (family owned) for almost 2 years now and they have been great every time!
One of their graphic designers, JJ, is just amazing to work with! You bring her an idea as to what you want and just let her do the rest! Her ideas are perfect and she just seams to know how to make, what ever you need, look just right.
Usually the wife and I have our banners and signs done here. Some stickers, business cards and now our printing for our business. We walk in with just a general idea and JJ figures out the rest. Everything from the right font, to the right colors, to the right background and even logos. This place really does it the right way!
