I have had to deal with the incompetence of this Company for three months now, not through my choice! The property management company uses this company. I have been enduring water damage as the result of a swamp cooler that is malfunctioning. First it was spitting water everywhere when turned off. They couldn’t get it fixed, so then it was decided that the swamp cooler needed to be removed, the roof patched and then the swamp cooler put back on. Every time it rains I get water in my shop. The owner Dave acts like its no big deal to have water everywhere and is very nonchalant about it, it just needs some silicone in a small spot. So again today after everything was supposedly fixed, we are scrambling to minimize water damage from the swamp cooler in our shop.

We had moved to Chicago and still have properties in the east valley. So great to have someone trustworthy to call when the AC unit went out and needed replacement. Steve and his team did a wonderful job… fast to repond, realistic recommendations, great work and follow through.

UPDATE… it’s been a month since my a/​c units have been repaired with air factor… wow! i saved $ 130.00 on my month of august bills just hung up the phone with srp… now if you know arizona that’s amazing for one of the hottest months out of the year… thank you air factor worth every penny…
so if you are looking for a good install pay the extra money and hire (a certified trane installer)… i’ve been paying $ 1000’s extra a year because of day advanced air conditioning… BEWARE OF DAY ADVANCED AIR CONDITIONING!!!
