The turnaround time was great. I appreciated John doing my 10×20″ photo ASAP. Unfortunately, I paid $ 25 for a print that looked horrible. Yes, $ 25! I had it printed at Costco for just a few dollars and it looked 10x better! I took both prints to JoAnns for framing and they picked the Costco print, hands down. I emailed John and told him about my experience, but no answer. Moral of this story… sometimes you DON’T get what you pay for! Try Costco first!!!

I was lucky enough to find John online and chose Faville Photo just because it was the closest to my house. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that this small operation can deliver results above and beyond your expectations. From the quality of the prints to the customer service and over all ease of the process from start to finish, John took excellent care of me at very little cost.
