Pizza Bella

I gave it 1 star because the one person I ordered the pizza from, who also delivered it and also answered the phone when I called to complain about the sorry state my pizza was in was clueless but seemed nice.
First off, it took more than an hour from my phone in order to actual delivery. I was told it would be 45 minutes. Okay that’s fine, what can you do? the woman came to my door and pulled the pizza from a carrying case that is supposed to keep it warm. I signed the charge and gave a cash gratuity. She was very nice. Then, I had the gall to ask for Parmesan Cheese! OMG! She gave me this «who do you think I am?» look. She actually said, Why would I have that (parmesan) on me? Then she gave the «what are you thinking?» look.
I did my best to ignore her and walked back in to the house and she hurried away. When I open the lid to the pizza Box I found a very old and dry looking version of a pizza. I was starving and alot hung over so I dug i anyway. Each slice was stuck to the center of the box and almost half of each piece seemed welded to the box.
I telephoned the business and, of course the same lady answered the phone. I told her that the pizza was cold and that it was stuck to the box and that it did not taste very good. She excitedly replied, «ohhhh thank you. Thank you so much.» as if I had just told her that her hair looked beautiful!??
This place blows!
