We live in a gated community with property managers who had to be hounded for three months to get the company out to program the gates so we, our guests, and contractors could get in the place.
Yesterday they finally called Galaxy and today «Tom» from Galaxy showed up and fixed everything. He was very professional, courteous and even called us at 5:30p this evening to make sure everything was in order.
