Great Clips

To start owner is really rude doesn’t smile doesn’t say hi. Unprofessional. The guy that works here was super nice checking me in. Really clean

I received a good haircut. However, the stylist needs some serious coaching about what is socially acceptable and professional conversation. I saw a 30 something woman with red hair. She never told me her name. In the half an hour I was there, I heard about her «douche bag» ex husband, her fiancé’s «b**** ex wife,» the fact that she herself is a «ret**d» for not buying something on sale (I can’t believe anyone still uses that word), and the fact that she told her fiancé he’d only get no sex and just get to mastur**** on their honeymoon if he smashed cake on her, etc, etc.
I’m not her bestie, I’m not her therapist, I’m her customer. She needs to be coached on the difference. I did not enjoy having all of her drama dumped all over me while I was there trying to relax (which I told her) and just enjoy the precious few minutes I get to myself. Her conversation was vulgar and wildly inappropriate, not to mention one sided. I don’t think she even knows my name. I had to interrupt monologue to ask for a wash (it wasn’t offered), to ask if she needed to know how I part my hair, etc, etc. I could barely get a word in edgewise because she was just a constant stream of consciousness. I’m also not her «hon.» She should be working to build a rapport with her client if she wants to retain business, and a monologue is not the way to do that.
While my haircut was perfectly great and a good value for the price, her total lack of appropriateness and professionalism was a total turnoff.

I have really learned to appreciate Great Clips. Over the years I have been bouncing from place to place to get my haircut but now for the last year I either go to this location or the Great Clips near Stapely and Baseline. I like that I can check in on their app, which always saves me time, and they keep record of the style of haircuts I like. 99% of the time I leave there looking good, at least better than I did before I walked in! Tara did an amazing job on my haircut tonight, and above all she was very friendly and courteous. I recommend Great Clips, I think they’re working at taking customer service to the next level.

I think I jinxed it on my last review I went there right when they open and they took me right in the girl was very very rough with the clippers she kept banging me in the head every time she went to use them she didn’t show me the back of my head with the mirror like they always do I know why because she missed A lot of my neck hair and my hair is uneven and not laying correctly sticking up just a really shitty haircut i’ve been going there about 12 to 13 years I probably won’t go back they always have different people cutting your hair too so it’s almost impossible to find a good one they must have a lot of changeover

No I did leave before I could get my haircut because the lady that was doing the hair only does a certain type of hairstyle for other women and she was the only one that could do so one woman denied her place in line to wait for that woman to cut her hair so I should have been up next and she called on the other woman regardless it is a very unorganized store customers do not come first there

They were so nice and patient and the hairdresser did a great job on the three year old’s hair! Plus we had coupons for $ 7.99 each!
