We hired another company to clean carpet in a few rooms in our house two years ago, and they hung a few items to dry on a wooden bench outside, ruining it as the detergent-filled water dripped onto it and gradually dried. They were impossible to deal with and denied any responsibility over several rude phone calls. The next time we needed carpet cleaning, we lucked out and found VClean.
They have been our go-to service for the last two years, over probably about 10 visits. Each time they are the same: responsive, available around our schedule, respectful of our needs (we have pets and a young child, so we need doors closed to prevent escape and quiet to help at nap time), professional and courteous. They demonstrate a real desire to complete the job well every time, never leaving us feeling like they squeezed us in and rushed the job.
Best of all, they’re trustworthy and effective. I would recommend them to any friend or neighbor.
