Guns Etc

Went in to purchase some ammo and supplies. The staff was not helpful at all. I ask for a specific item that they did not have. I was interested in purchasing a colt 1911, which they did not have. Most of the pistols are way overpriced and they don’t offer alot of high end models. Staff was rude and not concerned with making the customers feel welcome. Will take my business elsewhere.

The only gun store for me. I have purchased several firearms both in store and on line and have been very satisfied. The staff is human and have good and bad days but as a group are great. The young guys are Marines and are very knowledgeable when it comes to Ars. Love to debate the preferences of one manufacturer to another.
The old guys are just plain fun to chat with.
The prices are in line. You have to compare apples to apples when judging $$$ .
I recommend Guns Etc. to everyone be you new to firearms or a seasoned shooter.

Nice place in terms of variety of firearms. Pretty good stock of ammo too.
Prices are no big whoop. Customer service is kind of hit or miss. «Dicey» would be another way of describing it. IMHO it is run like a shop instead of a store. Not necessarily a bad thing… and can actually be a good thing some times. But not this time. Not for me anyhow. Sadly, I’m not enough of a «regular» to engender any customer service other than what I could flag down. In AZ you can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a gun shop so it’s not a big deal but it’s a drag to see a place with potential that you know you won’t be going to.

Man oh man was I disappointed. Used to love these guys. Went in to spend some money on a new pistol and give it to my local shop. Not one person helped me, or even asked if I needed help. In fact one employee walked around me to go do something else. The only time someone talked to me was the nice lady at the door that told me to have a good one! Prices are higher but was willing to support the mom and pop shops. Went to bass pro and got my new firearm!

These guys are awesome. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s kind of like if Cheers was a gun store instead of a bar. The more you get to know everyone the more you feel at home. I have never had a price problem, and they tend to have everything that other stores don’t. Also, if you are a builder and a tinkerer this place is where you want to go, they actually have all of the little individual parts that you need when building or when you lost a part when building.

Great and fast customer service. Well priced for what we got! Woyld recommend to anyone who is looking for a specific gun.

I have gone here a couple times. Both times were before they moved locations.
Their new store has a great setup! Tons of different stuff! Holsters, handguns, rifles, shotguns, etc… So much that I was there for at least 40 minutes and didn’t get a good look at everything.
Now to the negative… I purchased a gun from their website. (It was cheaper on their website by the way) I got the phone call it was in. I walked in and was helped immediately. Unfortunately, the gentlemen who helped me was quite rude. I couldn’t even strike up a conversation with him about anything. He was very down to business; get in, get out, nothing less nothing more. I filled out my paperwork and he walked away multiple times during the two and half minutes it takes someone to fill out the gun application here in Arizona.
In conclusion, the guns (in my opinion) are over priced yes but they have good selection both in-​store and on their website. Their website has more guns than they have in store so make you call before heading down. Also, if you order from the website they come in about a week. Sometimes less and sometimes a little more. Mine was under a week. HUGE BONUS!
They are about the only place in town that has 22 ammo I have found. That is a huge selling point for you 22 lovers out there.
All-​in-​all decent place to get some guns in town. If you are looking for more of a personal experience for someone to walk you through the guns or if you are new into this… I recommend trying some place else. For the avid gun person, this place is good to go!

WAAAAAAAY overpriced guns.
They sell the typical gun store cheap holsters, and wannabe tactical crap.
They do have a nice sized section for reloading supplies.
You would think for a place that pays for so much radio advertising, they would want to actually sell inventory. But who is going to pay $ 600+ for a gen 4 Glock 19 when they can be had for $ 549 almost anywhere else.
I will not be returning, or advising anyone to go to guns etc.

Overpriced, unfriendly, unhelpful, low selection, complete opposite of how the radio advertised.
