GWS Glass and Window Services

I am so happy with our experience with Glass Mogul. I found them on Thumbtack on a Wednesday. They came out same day to take measurements and provide a quote. They had the window manufactured on Thursday and installed first thing on Friday.
We were in the middle of selling our house and I have 3 young boys at home. I was worried about the safety of our kids and the perception of potential buyers. Glass Mogul was the only company who could get the job done fast. Other quotes were 1 – 3 weeks out.
The customer service was amazing, the job was done fast, and the quality of work was great. Very happy customer!

They showed up on time and actually lowered their quoted fee after they were able to reuse some existing parts. The sliding glass door works perfect now.

Ray and Suzy were the absolute best people to work with during the window replacement process. They are so friendly and their service was prompt and prices competitive. We had two windows and one big sliding door replaced, and we could not be happier! If you are wondering who you can trust for the Windows and doors you need, GWS is the company you need!

The previous great reviews appear totally legit from my experience with Glass and Window Services (GWS). Ray made it out later in the day after I had requested service to look at my messed up sliding glass patio door.
Ray was so observant and respectful. He must have noticed the bin of shoes inside the front door and none on my feet so earnestly he asked if it would be better for him to remove his shoes. He then looked at my problematic sliding door and gave me an acceptable price and took one of the old rollers to assure that he got the perfect replacement part.
A day or so later Suzie had called me up to schedule the installation of the correct replacement parts. Ray was then returned on in good time, replaced the worn rollers and completely readjusted the door alignment for the agreed upon price. Great job done.
Bottom line: This company communicated well, is very respectful and get the work done right. Some others may be a little less, but the communication, respect of schedule and knowledge of glass doors and windows will set them apart.

I had been dreading getting my window replaced because every quote I got over the phone was nearly $ 400! A company came out and quoted me $ 350 and when I called GWS, they said it’d be about the same but the woman I spoke to was very sweet over the phone so I figured I may as well use them. They quickly came out to give me a quote and after seeing it, they quoted it MUCH lower than the previous company. I took the morning off to be there when they were available. Unfortunately an emergency took them away when they planned to be here. They asked about my schedule and even though I couldn’t be home during normal working hours, they came late the same day to get it done. Ray was polite, efficient and cleaned up entirely. I couldn’t recommend working with them more highly!

This is the best company, the owners are so friendly and have beyond exceeded my expectations of all my installs of my three French doors and than had them back to install three storm doors. Ray treated my install as if it he was installing them on his own house, definitely no short cuts and everything perfect. Also can’t beat their prices especially for the quality of work and such a pleasure to deal with. We have a friend who would have done our storm doors for free but after we had Ray out to install our French doors there was no way I would have had anyone else do them. Thanks again Ray, I love all my doors!

I had the chance to use GWS Services several times not too long ago and all I can say is that this company deliver what they say! On four separate occasions, I had to call and rely on this company’s expertise to fix, first, a broken double pane glass window. Second, to replace my broken screen door. Third, to put a sunscreen in my front windows and fourth, to replace another broken double pane window in the back of my house. In the four times that I have used their services, Ray and Suzy delivered as promise. Not only did they deliver on time but they also deliver a top notch quality product. I will highly recommend this company for anyone needing to replace any broken glass window and sunscreen. A-​plus company all the way! We had the replace a broken window, reverse the way the door swung (it now swings inward), and install a security door. Ray was great and a perfectionist. He made sure that everything looked. He even made a special trip so he could fix the grout by the door. I would highly recommend his services.
