The service here is exceptional!
I walked in and it was very packed. Thinking there’s a long wait. However, the owner was very accommodating I was seated with a manicurist within 2 mins. The manicurist, Tina was efficient, friendly and made my experience relaxing by giving me an extra long massage.
I would definitely come back and refer my family and friends :)

Always accommodating and kind. They offer water or soda and the place is always clean. There’s about 20 pedi chairs and even a few kid chairs. Can’t go wrong here. And Tina is great on your nails!

I came here several times to make sure the service was consistent. I received an acrylic fill and Polish from this place 3 times and all the times the acrylic started pulling away from my nails within a week. This has never happened to me before! Also when I was there, several employees were obviously upset with each other as they were arguing amongst themselves the whole time I was there. Still looking for a good nail place as I will not be coming back here.

I’ve been to happy feet dozens of times! Every time they do a great job! I don’t go to anyone specific I think they are all great! I’ve gotten pedicures, gel manis, and full sets. Even their eyebrow waxing is exceptional! Even tho I just recently moved from Mesa to Tempe it’s worth the 20 minute drive to get them done here! Love it! I will forever be a customer!

I drive 20 min to see Nikki every month for a Gel manicure. She does the BEST designs and my manicure easily lasts 3−4weeks before growing out too much and rarely chips. I also love their deluxe pedicure and neck rubs!

Always nice to come here. The staff are great and friendly. My nails stay looking great for a while. Never had a problem :)

Arrived about 1230pm on a Friday. Fairly busy, but there were chairs available. I was greeted, told to sign in and pick a color. After waiting only about 4minutes, I was escorted to a pedicure seat. Lee helped me. She was quiet, which I prefer but a little rough. She cut my toenails quite low and the filed them, mostly filing my skin. She nearly cut my Achilles when she was using the pumice on me and held my leg uncomfortably high in the air when using that cheese grater thingy.
I got the $ 35 pedicure, which is the midrange.
Massage lasted a good amount of time and was relaxing. They also give you a brief neck massage while nails are drying.
Polish application was OK. She didn’t shake the bottle prior, which drove me a little crazy and could be part of the reason the polish doesn’t look as good as I’m used to.
The décor inside is very neat, ocean and beach theme.
I enjoyed everything except the quality of the nail painting & the rough handling which is a shame. I most likely will not return.

I went here for the first time today. I got the best pedicure I have ever had. Lisa was the nail specialist, she did just the right pressure for the massage and asked several times if everything was good. The inside is so cute, nice salt water fish tanks, and such cute paintings on the wall.

Big place can get in most of the time. Appointments with Henry are worth it! The shoulder massage at the end is great perk!

Each time I ‘ve been there it has gotten worse — I will now not attribute it to a fluke and not return. Pushed to upgrade to a «callous removal» pedicure which the tech did not spend an extra second on. The manicure however is simply unacceptable. As soon as I refused (several times) a «gel» manicure the tech, a different one from the pedicure, was angry and deliberately did a poor job.

Thoroughly disgusted. Crystal is probably the WORST manicurist I have ever had. The callus scrub was subpar at best, paint all over my toes, shoulder pat not a rub. They cut my moms toes so much that they were bleeding. Never going back.

Just got my nails fixed by SEAN so happy drove from avondale and will do it anytime best looking nails

Joe did my manicure and pedicure and did a wonderful job! I don’t get them done a lot but when I do I’m kinda picky! He was very conciderate and made sure I knew all my options.

Gone there twice and got the same nail tech. Absolutely so rude to me and my mother and yelled at me twice accusing me I didn’t pick out a nail polish when she had taken it from me and forgotten about it. No apology whatsoever. Customer service was horrendous. For having so many employees I have only heard positive reviews about one. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

3 stars because I’ve been getting manis for a long time here and I love how Sean does my nails. The last time I went was last Saturday. It was very busy. I had Rose to do my nails. She seemed to be rushing. She filed my cuticles several times and it was painful. When it began to bleed she dabbed my cut with nail glue to stop the bleeding! She touched the nail glue tip to my bloody cut she made. I don’t know if I will be back. It seemed unsanitary.

I just had my nails done here for the first time. It is a very busy salon. There is no front desk or counter and not enough seating to wait. It was very awkward at the beginning because the man that checked us in took my friend back first and told me to stay up front… Then after looking around confused he then brought me back to sit by my friend. We got moved stations again by different women after that. The lady doing my nails didn’t introduce herself, I question if the tools she used were clean, and it was very difficult to understand her when she spoke. She wasn’t even looking at my nails when she was filing and shaping them. After she was done and ready to begin painting, my nails looked like sharp squares with pointy edges. They looked awful. I asked the lady to round out the corners, which she did, but she would have left them if I didn’t say anything! I had the regular French tip manicure, which cost me $ 20 plus tip. They look nice, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

I really like the nail tech I go to but I am hating the company. I wanted to make an appt at a specific time and was asked to make it +/​-​30 minutes. They just did not want to mess up the flow. I called back to cancel but the owner out right lied regarding the availability of the tech I wanted.
I have been going to this salon for 3 years and more and more am dissatisfied with the management. Today was the last straw. I’m done with this place. They do not even offer discount coupons anymore.

I just moved to AZ at the beginning of the month, and was really nervous about finding a new nail place as I have had bad luck with that in the past. My sister in law and mother in law brought me to this place this afternoon and I was absolutely impressed!
Sean was amazing! He was professional, and had an awesome sense of humor! I got the Happy Feet pedicure and deluxe manicure and absolutely love it! Everything was fantastic. Sean also fixed my split thumb nail at no extra cost. I will definitely be going back!
I am so glad I don’t have to go to a bunch of different places to find a decent place. Thank you Happy feet nails!!!

I understand the price sheet is available, however I asked how much it would be for a gel polish a week prior to coming in & I was told that it was $ 20. So when I was told the price after I got my nails done I was surprised. I still believe $ 30 for a gel polish is steep, so as I stated in my review I will be taking my business elsewhere.
